If almost 7months have passed since an RNS stating works had started and would be complete in 2months yet 7months later no update from a BOD that appear to have gone awol, then potential investor for balance should know.
This is heading sub 1p imo as investors lose confidence and the board appear to be achieving very little.

Things not lookin good
July 2021 - The initial work program is the refurbishment of the main entrance to the mine. This work will be undertaken by experienced local contractors. Site visits have taken place and planning is underway for the work to commence. This will take two months (=September)

Not sure why over 6months on, there is no update ?
The board appear to have gone AWOL
Understandably investors will be panicking and trying to sell due to the total disregard and lack of information.

Bunion, you are paying the boards salarys you deserve better !!
As do all share holder what these charlatons are getting away with is considered criminal by some on this board.

They make report/promise after promise and fail to deliver and couldnt care less about current shareholders left waiting and wondering.

They are a joke and share holders deserve better.

I would be worried that this is nothing more than a lifestyle share.
They could take shares instead of salary
Then quietly sell the salary sacrifice shares in the background.
They could have company credit cards for all their expenses, meals, holidays, hotel stays, flights, and so on.
What a lifstyle they could live until the suckers had dried up.
Then simply wrap up and onto the next sales pitch.

Looks luke CB&co have been hitting a few duds hence delayed reporting on alot of the holes

The 1million definately looks like a sell someone secretly offloading in the background

No news proceeds bad news as the saying goes.

THAT WAS DATED 2020 I WONDER IF THE BOD ARE STILL LOOKING FORWARD TO PROGRESSING TOWARDS PRODUCTION NOW WE ARE IN 2022.
I politely suggest they get a move on if there was ever any intention or at least provide an update.
Shareholders are still waiting for the first shovel to hit the ground, its a complete shambles imo

Wasn't funding reliant on being able to launch and sell a fictional crypto coin no one will be interested in, you would struggle to make this up, the stories just get better and better. Lol

You've hit the nail firmly on the head Brains, bod have done diddly.

Nothing, not a gramme produced in 2years, the covid excuse doesnt wash, while other junior miners are running at full capacity benefiting from the high commodity prices the bod here continue to drag there heels and let shareholders down. And trapped shareholders continue to blame covid for all the failings.

If Brains had wanted to buy i am sure he would and could have on the back of 8 auction calls followed by a massive spread, designed to put holders off selling imo.

I'll try a dummy buy tomorrow for half a million shares and woundn't be surprised if they came back offering me a million on this outfits past and current performance.

Hi JC For balance over the last 2years business around has continued and in some cases flourished
However BMV and its shareholders repeatedly use C19 as an excuse here for the boards failings 2years and next nothing to show for it.
Without covid the company would be in the same position imo it has been a convenient excuse for the bod.

8 price monitoring extentions
Next to zero progress in 2 years
Approaching 9months since a new website was promised and still no update.

Expecting big drops as alot of holders finally wake up to the failings of the bod and try to get out.
More price monitoring today, followed by a massive drop in share price imo.

Align research latest

Other top picks for Align in 2022 include Corcel PLC, a battery metals explorer, and Bluebird Merchant Ventures Ltd, which is bringing old gold mines in South Korea back into production.

Considering Bluebird employ Align research it is no surprise they are trying to pump what i consider a flat tyre.

Over a year wait and not a gramme of gold has been produced or a website.

And this shower down 5.45% with a 16.67% spread to ensure the suckers are locked in.
First sniff of 3p and i'd be out if you could sell ( may struggle to sell at that before the mass dump drives this to sub 1p.

Highlights:

· Prospectus process underway to issue the balance of shares to Southern Gold

· Construction work to commence at Kochang gold mine - 6 MONTHS IN (2MONTHS OF PLANNING) LEAVES 4MONTHS WORTH OF WORK THAT HAS BEEN CARRIED OUT, UPDATE NOW NEEDED EXPLAINING WHAT HAS BEEN DONE IF ANYTHING.

· Korean funding partners remain committed to the Company bringing about gold production. HOW MUCH HAVE THEY HANDED OVER TO DATE (MY GUESS WOULD BE THE SAME AMOUNT THEY WILL HAVE HANDED OVER IN ANOTHER 6MONTHS OR 12MONTHS IF THIS IS STILL AROUND.

· A new website in English and Korean is being developed. THE WEBSITE WAS SUPPOSEDLY ALREADY BEING DEVELOPED, 6 MONTHS ON AND STILL NO WEBSITE. HOW MUCH DO THEY THINK A WEBSITE COSTS TO DEVELOP, THAT IT TAKES OVER HALF A YEAR AND STILL NOT LAUNCHED/FINSHED/MAYBE STARTED.

JC - You think this will multibag when funding is reliant on trying to find investors prepared to buy a digital token linked to the price of gold, (if it is linked surely investors would just buy gold) imo the digital token idea won't attract any investment and Bmv dont get any funding.

Mm you don't think they would come out and say we want to sell all the shares, surely you realise that wouldn't be to their advantage.

They will pretend they want to keep the shares to lure in the suckers while quietly offloading all they can in the background.

I see this hitting 3.6p when the pumping starts before dropping like a lead balloon to sub 1p

They will be happy to offload half their shares if they can pump this enough to lure a few suckers in before this goes down the plughole
