Bunion
I wouldn't reinvest a penny here but I do post on shares I have held as do lots of investors.
Pipedream !! until they can prove they can generate any income it's all pie in the sky money needed and more investment
If it was that good why are SAU wanting out ?
Makes me think it isn't that good at all.
Thanks for the lecture and words of wisdom mm
Still not answering my question how many has AB actually bought?
Amount of debt was over 80million 2years ago it is now only 18million that's a reduction of 62million in the space of two years.
Debt now doesn't amount to a years profit OPG have already stated 2021 they will commence with dividends at sub 30p OPG based on the profits they are generating and the facts dividends are due to commence will make for a fantastic yield.
Based on our first nine months of 2021 we expect to meet market expectations for our FY21.
Not many companies making that claim and still managing to make millions and millions in profit let the dividends commence.
Simple questions
Nubi referred to how heavily invested AB an co was so I ask how many shares has AB actually bought and not awarded himself ?
and I come under attack from all directions , some may call it bullying. These boards are here for a balanced view point I was previously invested here so have as much right as you P11 to post here. If you don't like it and would rather view BMV through rose tinted glasses crack on and filter me or anyone for that matter that thinks BMV is not a good investment.
"Based on the performance in the first nine months of FY21 we expect to meet the market expectations for our FY21 results and to provide returns to our shareholders by resuming dividends based on FY21 results."
Also debt reduced from 54 million down to 18 million what phenomenal progress OPG has made.
This really is one of the most undervalued companies on the market generating mountains of profit for its lucky shareholders.
Opg is a cash generating monster almost debt free after another spectacular year of profit .
Way undervalued with tonnes of cash in the bank
Unlike here a company not making a bean and that needs to raise beg or borrow money in order to stay in business because they are generating nada.
How many people does the company employ ?? That they have managed to post a 3.7million loss over the last two years.
Currently not mining so I wouldn't imagine their would be alot of employees other than the board of directors
Take my hat off, 3.7million loss must take some doing on little turnover.
Simple question DC/Nubi 52million shares how many of those where not self awarded and obtained free of charge or how many have seen actual cash going into the company ?
When the rampers are out in force claiming directors are heavily invested I find it misleading if they haven't actually put money into the business.
Have access to huge potential ?
They can't afford to buy the 50% from SAU and can't afford to solely fund the operation so currently they have potential to do nothing without getting more money from somewhere.
Ignore what you want facts are facts
Again Nubi how much of their actual own hard earned have they put in ?
How much of their own money did the directors put in (take away share they awarded themselves at float and as salary sacrifice) ?
The board of directors history is very relevant here when trying to determine how this will play out.
BMV can't afford to go it alone or to by SAU so currently stuck in a stalemate with nowhere to move while what money they do have quickly dwindles away.
Expect more dilution while golds over inflated price continues drop.
We shall see
Another zero revenue company and I've yet to be proved wrong.
Until they can generate any revenue it's all pie in the sky just like the shambles made at Dish whats that got to do with it you ask, well simply put its the same management.
MUFC wouldn't give Bob Bradley the managers job judged on his past performance, safe to say company directors get judged on past performance hence Dish and the repeated broken promises that came from the board just read the RNS's wouldn't fill me with the confidence to let them loose with Malanias inheritance.
What do I know well the same board messed up at Dish before C19 struck
Failure after failure from the same leader.
Why am I posting well I previously held here and these boards are here for balance not just ramping.
My opinion more money will be raised and squandered without so much as a shovel hitting the ground. Just like at dish at total hash was made of things there as the management dithered from one failing to another making it up as they went along
I was but sold out on the back of AB's performance at BigDish broken promise after promise with no explanations why, I can see the same thing happening here.
Someone once said BigDish was a lifestyle share generating little to zero revenue yet a board of directors taking salaries or awarding themselves millions of shares on the back of achieving nothing.
Imo I see this panning out the same way.
Gold has peaked and is on it's way back down if they couldn't raise money at golds peak, I see the only options now as more dilution via shareholders or forward selling to raise more money to pay the boards salaries and expenses.
We shall soon find out.
The majority of sites are now open or will be shortly
Albeit operating at reduced capacity
Soon news will land that all sites are open
All sites now able to operate at full capacity
Let's explore USA launch followed by early sales
UV sanitation room launch
So much positive news flow to come
The drop is on minimal volume £1600 hopefully it drops further as I'm hoping to pick upalot more shares. Loads of progress has been made since the days immo was trading at 7p+
Price is being driven down on next to zero volume to get the weak holders shares in anticipation of the upcoming rises and demand.
60p this year plus a great dividend for good measure
Won't be long until this becomes the target of a takeover.
Mickey mouse outfit 11k in revenue doesn't even pay the wage of a decent apprentice these days.
I don't understand why an outfit generating 11k needs more directors than employees to manage a company of that scale.
Hold a significant resource with funding to extract ?
I don't think so can you prove that claim ? errr no you can't
If they could afford to they would crack on, instead they have done nothing and that says all we need to know.
My guess is this is a lifestyle share fund raise after fund raise and carrot followed by a failure to deliver.
Rinse and repeat, rinse and repeat. Imo
If this doesn't break 22p this month I'll eat my hat
Shares hard to get hold of here very tightly held so any positive news will see a bounce. With more contracts set to be announced this 2021 looks set to be a record year for Immo.
