Friendly non-residents have already gained access to bond market and derivatives market. The next stage will be the stock market for friendly non-residents, then for unfriendly ones. It will be separated from other markets with separate clearing and settlements, -

So please tell us ref the below comments how does the fact that another company is drilling nearby effect us ...our cores were useless and had our share price dropping like a stone.....lets hope thatUFO start digging out their resources as we have a share in that and they appear to have proven results .....fingers crossed for a rise

The market seems no too impressed with the RNS, not one single trade and its very clear that progress has not really been made since the last RNS re the disposal of EMS .... If it were not for the government grants we would be in a bit of a pickle I would say.....All fingers crossed for Lithuania chaps to cut the red tape and let us finally progress .

JDF7 If it came to me having to make a decision it would be for Pritti Patel, having worked through several weak home Secs in my career and gringing at their weakness in such an important job, she does have some clout about her. thats for sure. Ive written to her on several occasions and always had replies from the office But at present the status quo remains the markets best chance of stability.

Personally Im glad at this moment in time with whats going on ie recession ,War etc thats he's still in post. What we don't need now is the turmoil of a snap election or leadership fight.

But if you keep scrolling down you will see a rather handsome chap asking for updates again and again but they have so far failed to reply to those requests... so the statrs Quo remains until outcome of court itself I reckon.

Id read all the details when it first was provided in the RNS and on the GST web ...but what I cant find is a way into WMpay itself its website is just a front page which only allows you to request Information via a mail link... If you click on any of the subject icons they simply spin and nothing else, no further details can be seen on any of the subjects ....One would think that a company with so much to offer would be selling itself in a more open visible way.....just worries me that its a one page site ...again any help would be great

I agree. Frankie .... I asked for an update yesterday on the court proceeding and guess what .....nothing ..so ive asked again but dont expect much if they are getting a bit of a hiding ....time will tell

HD2U I agree that voicing news from the court GLP has all the advantages great exposure and no comeback on them., So I've just read through there FB posts ref this case and all the followers are full of well done and we love you Bla Bla Bla ...So I've just posted asking for an update on todays court proceedings .....should be a non revealing reply if its not going their way ...Time will tell and up update you all in due course

Im invested here and doing some digging as we all do I was trying to find out a little bit more intel on Wise Mpay however apart from a one page information webpage I cant find any other intel. can any of you enlighten me as to this company as its our collaboration partner in the Fintech setup. but theres very little I can find

Court house listing the case for three days . but they ca always call for adjournments etc. but hopefully we will have got rid of this rubbish once and for all asap. so the company can move away form the stigma that I hope is all that is holding us back at these levels.

Funny that you mention the Guardian and the GLP. One a wonderful independent newspaper ..the other an independent law firm for the good of us all ....well I've had a quick read into the Guardian who do promote themselves to be independent and funded by their readers .....well they certainly like the money coming in from the public as do the GLP. but wait the Guardian is owned by one entity The Scott Trust but wait that doesn't exist anymore, its the Scot Trust LTD ,,, a limited company which as we all know is about making money and they do this through a company like GMG ventures who have one limited partner yes The Scott trust ltd ..Its one big circle. so the Guardian are not really funder wholly by donations making them an independent new operator they too are a business, but just don like to tell the full story .
Anyway back to the waiting for the outcome of the Court case and I cant wait to read the Guardians take. Hold tight all

Well that was an interesting read.. GLP are an interesting group of people. Id urge all to read through the board members profiles and judge for themselves as to why I for one would not want them defending me . The biggest problems with their ability to get cases through the courts is their own limitation on investigations detail and an even bigger issue .... Costs ......Read through 'Case approval Criteria" on their site it all seems very good and wholesome until you get the the last paragraph about when they pull out... I quote
Our policy is that we should never have an unfunded exposure to costs – our own and adverse – which exceeds £20,000 on any individual case. We will re-assess litigation, and are likely to discontinue, if faced with the realistic possibility of losses above this amount.
If they lose this case it will be another huge bill for them to pay on top of their last rejected case..
I would be surprised if this went the full course

Thank you all for the informative reasoning behind the spread ,, It sure is a real level playing field isn't it ...Hopefully fingers crossed our day in Court will end this stagnation ...cheers all have a good weekend

Has anyone got any insight as to why the spread is being kept at 15% I cant really see any of the big buyers even looking at a share with this sort of immediate loss. ?? Thanks in advance
