is the size of the trial a worry? ie only 100 people half of which were placebo? great result but what size trial normally happens for a drug to be conclusively shown to work and worth x billion etc? how big was the copd trial? hopefully that will back it up, as if it does work as stated then it needs shipping now to save lives.

how do you think it will all work:

1) stem is sold - we get a 1 off dividend and some money ploughed into tils - my preferred option
2) new company - we get 1 share for every tils but at what percentage and at what price? do they trade immediately on aim? can we sell if we wanted to?
3) something else?

if new company what will happen to tils share price - will it go down initially - do we think they announce good news re tils at the same time to try and shore it up? yes i know stem had no value on balance sheet but can see a lot selling short term?

given the amount of shares the chairman has am hoping for a good result for shareholders whatever. just would like to be clearer what to expect
