RE: “Not expected to generate immediate commercial revenues”2 Nov 2025 20:12
In the event that the company were to carry out a capital increase through the creation of new shares, which is not guaranteed (it's a possibility), even in that case, although in the short term it might seem like negative news for the market, it's important to consider that of all the financing methods, it's the most positive for both the company and its shareholders, who don't have to resort to more expensive bank loans and mortgages. This is beneficial in the long run for everyone—investors and employees alike. Furthermore, the fact that some of the company's employees and managers are shareholders is a motivating incentive for their involvement in the project, and they know that if it goes wrong, they too will suffer losses.
Anyway, in recent days we have again seen investors, or at least people who participated in messages in this forum, and I say this respectfully, speculating about the possibility of agreements with Tesla or Nvidia, without having any information, news, or data to confirm it, and that is not positive for anyone.
