Wow thank the lord these are flying ...At least with Rolls being Static somethings making me money. Mind you i've been anywhere from £0.13p to £1.20 with them so if you think RR is bouncy don't bother with Crypto

The range of 1.45-1.55 is about correct at present. Next set of results would have to be good to see this past 1.60, then Divis for £1.75-£2+

Stable is good for RR. Especially when you consider the last 3 years

Anyway..back to Rolls. I'm please with how it's held, a year ago with the way things are RR would of dropped 10-15p without thinking.

We worked through Pandemic, (work in the print trade) and the whole industry haven't seen pay rises for many many years. Bit like average garages, mechanics etc and lots of other manual jobs, many of which also didn't stop or take "Free" money. All this whilst 2 of my NHS working neighbours took 6 weeks off at the start of the pandemic for "Coughs" and "Symptoms"

My wife on the other hand also NHS got re-deployed onto the Covid wards as a Porter..wheeling the dead about!...from a desk job in Breast Screening...seems some people get lucky eh!

I think Retirement meant Public Sector. Lots of private sector haven't had rises since 2008.

Car prices need to drop. Some second hand prices are bonkers. You can't get a decent second hand runabout now for under £5K...it used to be £2-3K. I bought an UP! about 6years ago for £6K and they are selling the same year 6 years on for the same prices!

Mortgage rates are low.... Thats a Fact. But House prices are high. So even at 5% the house price/mortgage required is becoming too much for too many. I know people will say 15% blah blah, but thats all relative to the borrowed amount vs actual take home pay %.

With the house prices at this rate the ideal happy medium would be about 3.5%. We might see them drop end of next year closer to 4%.

One issue is people are still spending fast though so getting inflation down will take longer than what we are told.

Held very well today so far, much better than I thought, I did say 1.53 high so its beat that by some margin. Looking good for the next try of 1.60.

I personally think this has held very well from the 1.60 attempt. Next week will see 1.60..I did think it was going to do it yesterday.. 6th Attempt Lucky next week?

Now that was close..what a drop in 1.5hrs though,1.59.4, thats the highest its been in a very long time.. Maybe next week then for 1.60, did think it was going to hold and then drive past at 2.30, alas no chance now

Aquabert, if you can hold...hold. There is no reason this won't go above £2 in 2024. once past that who knows. I've been holding for 3+years and will happily hold for another 3

It does seem to get scared of £1.60..this will be the 4th attempt. I have crossed bits i din't think I could cross..but i'm saying £1.60+ Thursday.

GraniteShares x3, in theory if RR gain 1% ....Granite RR gains 3% (usually less than 2.5%) and when RR drops 1% Granite drops 3% (which it does)

Obviously if RR drops 33.3% in a day...your whole Investment with Granite will be worth........ I'll let you do the maths. And remember Rolls did drop near that in a day not too long ago.

Sit back and watch it go past £1.60 this week..... its will be the 4th time of trying since the pandemic. £1.60 has been a sticking point, once past this £1.75+ this year...you will be glad you have so much in x3 at the end of this year and onwards

X3 be bouncing at 3.3% today and RR at not even 0.5% (10.20am)

Told you Badland it needs time to catch up, so if RR jumps 3% at 4.15..you won't see x3 at 9%

I don't think it would, it would still be the same % increase, that 2.2% was just at the end for RR so x3 didn't have chance to catch up. This is why x3 is NEVER x3.

It would of only gained the same % no matter if you have 10K shares but they were changed to 100 shares.

But x3 will drop x3 for every RR drop..this is how x3 make money. In an ideal world RR climbs % early and stays there the whole day..then you would see close to x3 return on x3. But all those little drops eats away at x3.

Soon be over £1.75 and you'll be loving x3 again.
