So, if we believe the long range forecasts for the price of palladium, and there is absolutely no reason not too, it is predicted to double over the coming 3 years, based on supply and demand this looks a reasonable view and it is an expert view (see link from Monkey70).
So now lets just take the PROVEN 2.2m oz at MT, forget the other 15m oz or more we have there, forget WK completely, ignore Semenovsky and let's pretend we have no legally binding JV arrangement with Rosgeo for 104.5m oz of PGMs, bear with me.........
if we do all that and stick with the 2.2m oz, put the fact that we have the lowest extraction cost in the industry point to one side as well for ease of calculation......
then our 2.2m oz would have a 'worth' of circa $6.6b today using $3,000 per oz (it's there or thereabouts), of course there is extraction etc etc etc, I know all that, but bear with me.........
based on expert industry views, our 2.2m oz will be worth $13.2b in 3 years time, a rise of $6.6b, and remember, costs of extraction will remain broadly similar, may increase a little, but the same volume of metal will have increased by $6.6b.
So, buy EUA today for $6.6b, and a very small element of it, the 2.2m oz proven, would return your outlay in 3 years, some payback that would be (and of course you do have all the other areas I said earlier to ignore)!
Feel free to correct me if I am wrong.
I noticed this just now on Twitter and it got me thinking that not much has been mentioned regarding this point in the EGM notice.....
"the emergence of Kola as a new district for predominantly open-pittable PGM and battery metals (Nickel, Copper and Cobalt) projects akin to the Finnish style of PGM-Cu-Ni-Co deposits."
What is the Finnish style....obviously mentioned for a reason? I did find this....

Not sure what it means necessarily, any thoughts if this may give us a clue as to how this could unfold?
There have been many posts every week for 18 months now stating 'news is due' but I think that this next week could be key, must be highly likely that further news is shared post the EGM, how soon after is the question I guess!
There have been so many curved balls here in the last few months (all very positive IMO), taking everyone by surprise, I don't think anyone can lay claim to have called out what is happening, not sure anyone has actually been very close at all.........can't help feeling there is at least 1 more piece of news to surprise us though.
So intrigued to see how this does finally end and then reflect on the news shared, the guesses, the ideas and thoughts here and elsewhere to identify where the clues truly were..........
As well as hopefully doing reasonably well here, I for one have learned an awful lot about investing, been great sharing the journey on what is IMO the best chat board for EUA.
Have a great Sunday and good luck to us all.
Excellent article, and thanks for posting as I had not seen it before, and also one everyone invested here should read.
Loved this bit.........
“Specifically, the hydrogen fuel cell and green technology segment, which will drive platinum demand significantly, will play a critical role in the reduction of global warming in that growth in the platinum demand segment listed as “other” has been mainly attributed to hydrogen fuel cell and green technology.”
Our JV deal with Rosgeo and the 104.5m ounces should help with that...............perfect storm and all that!
wow, so many assumptions - it really is none of our business, but let's just say Anders already lives in a £3m house with no mortgage and is moving to a £3.6m house of his dreams, perfect house, perfect location.......that would be enough for anyone, just because he may make many more millions here doesn't automatically mean he needs or wants an even more expensive property. No one knows his personal circumstances except for the shares he owns here and that is only because he has crossed a threshold - we know he still has 30m+ shares here and IMO that is enough for me to believe he has every confidence here, let's face it,§ there has been ample opportunities to exit at better times, and he has actually been buying...........
I hope you are right, but having read the posts on here and the Telegram group it feels like many people are disappointed they will not become instant millionaires.......!
Many may try and sell to recoup what they can which as I have stated would be madness and rather self fulfilling in terms of losses.
The more I look into this the happier I am, we don't have full details as yet, but if there is a product which is close to commercialisation then we are onto a real winner.
Remember of course that some members of the BOD are well versed in this arena, far more so than any of us I imagine, they see an opportunity and, despite what some people post here, have likely been working pretty hard on this for a long time, it will be important to them too.
All over these BB you see investors make disparaging comments regarding Directors, sometimes I wonder just what some of those Directors think of the people who are invested........! Sat at home on their computers making a few trades and then expecting immediate riches, if only life were that simple and money that easy to come by.

Of course you have a right to an opinion, as do I.
FYI I am not one to always 'accept what is presented' - and I actually believe this could be a good investment.
I invested a while ago in an LED lighting business with a chance to RTO, I will now be invested in a leading edge cancer testing business with a far greater opportunity to gain value and I am pretty happy about that actually.
I have 30m shares with an average of 0.000186 having taken up the offer of additional shares at a discount so am perhaps in a slightly better position than some, I do appreciate that also. As I said many people will likely sell on day 1 which is a shame, as it will become rather self fulfilling as others get spooked and sell too, I will definitely ride any drop out, a few weeks ago we had all written this off pretty much anyway.
In terms of AG, he already has what he wanted, I imagine this is merely a nice little bonus as far as he is concerned.
In terms of another deal, I think you need to be more realistic, vote this down and you will lose everything, that would be absolute madness IMO.
If it all goes pear shaped then I only have myself to blame, it was my choice, but bad mouthing the BOD is not my way, I would feel and look like a real plonker if this share ultimately does very well which IMO it will. I don't understand why people believe they have a right to riches because they have waited this long and bemoaning the fact others can get in cheaply. I hope others do see value here and start to invest, that is how the SP will move north.

Are you having a laugh?
Firstly AndersUK knows no more than anyone else, why would he?
Secondly you reckon selling a very small % of a giant holding and retaining in excess of 30m shares is de risking?
AndersUK has been here a long time and is very transparent in what he does, as most on here do, I applaud him.
The 100% idea is interesting, the only thing that I can’t really square off though is would the respective part owners of WK and MT give up their 32% and 20% for a share of just 9% between them of the bigger company?
Not sure that sounds like the best deal for them when they are currently in a pretty strong position.
I despair at the posts on here this afternoon and this evening.
We all invested in a punt - high risk and possibly high reward. There were never any guarantees. Why do people expect to bag so easily?
A few weeks ago everyone was bemoaning the fact that everything was lost.
Then we find out we are returning to the main market in a few weeks time. The company we will have shares in clearly has a strong product, indeed one that may actually save your or a member of your family’s life one day. It is an exciting market and in time may do very well.
You all had a chance to leave before delisting, it didn’t come as a shock, so for goodness sake be happy that we are returning, and have some faith.
Plenty will leave on day one I am sure and most will not get proper value for their investment, their choice. I will hold and wait patiently to see how this promising story unfolds.

They may well raise funds ultimately it is just the BOD have not stated this is the absolute reason for the EGM, but if they do I am sure it would form part of some broader picture of further development / licence purchase, not as some have suggested on here because they are running out of funds.......this is not a 'typical' situation IMO.
It could be a dotting the 'i's situation, it could be to demonstrate investor support and the ability to go alone, it could be to get an II in.........we shall soon find out!
The more I think about their tweet today and how they are trying to engage with us investors, the more intrigued I am, that is so unusual.............

I feel the need to reply to your latest post.
1. You say "If anyone one was going to buy outright 9 months was long enough to say so" - have you not been reading the RNS's?, at least one company HAS made a non binding offer to acquire the business outright.
2. You say "When companies talk about the need to raise money it’s usually because they are running out of it" - EUA have not talked about the need to raise money, and there is no suggestion they are in need of it, in fact on the contrary, the only official news we have had stated that we are in fine financial health, the best ever in the company's history, and we have several millions in the bank. It has merely been assumed that the EGM is about raising money, it may be, it may not but the BOD have absolutely not suggested that is definitely what they are doing, and even if they do, we do not know what that money may be required for, I doubt it is to pay the utility bills!
I agree with your final point, I have long stated that a partial sale is likely and that EUA continues in some form moving forwards, a number of things have happened over the last year which suggest this IMO. I have also stated that from a personal perspective that would be my preferred route as I for one would like to benefit from the ever increasing metal prices.

Apologies for going off topic briefly but had great news that one of my other big investments is coming back to market soon, been suspended since early Oct 2019.......! Needed patience there I can tell you, nevertheless we get the details on or before the 27th and then we have the EGM here on the 28th. Going to be a very big week indeed.
I have learned some very important lessons about investing and the market both in EUA and BOU, patience and belief being just 2 of them.

for clarity it is the 07.00am RNS on the 9th July 2020........
"In summary, the Company now has success fee based engagement letters signed with UBS and CITIC Merchant, and Eurasia's relationship with VTB Capital continues to be as previously announced on 25 November 2019."
Kopfkissen
Please read RNS dated 9th July 2020
DLA Piper have never been said to be working on success fee basis
Also listen to the DS interview on Proactive from October 2019 where it is discussed clearly too
There you go Kopfkissen, pointed directly to the places where success fee is mentioned.
I just cant quite work out whether the lifting of the UT at close to create a 'false drop' the following day is designed to 'scare' us into selling, or 'excite' us into buying........
ATM, for me at least it it is the latter!
Would love an after hours RNS again today but I imagine we will hear little now until the EGM, but then there could be lots to share! I did expect some form of F~SP update around now though to be fair, very slightly just over 3 months since we last had it and the intervening RNS's have not really been updates to the process as such........you never know, could be today!
