I finally received a response from Pulsar and I think you may be right. They didn’t give much detail but the implication was they are going to be a bit tighter lipped moving forward. I agree that it is likely due to ongoing negotiations or potential gov involvement.

There shouldn’t be any fines from the HO coring method used in wells 3-7.
