After today’s Rns i’ll Admit I thought it would fall . Looks like there’s no one left who wants to sell

Non-executive directors Clive Carver, Non-executive Chairman, has resigned from the board, and Nigel Moore, non-executive Director has informed the Company of his decision to retire once a suitable replacement has been appointed. Towards the end of last year Clive Carver, non-executive chairman since March 2013, indicated his intention to resign from the Board to focus on his other directorships and to provide the opportunity for new blood to be introduced to take the Company forward. Clive has been a director of Ascent since December 2012, when the Company was rescued from the brink of collapse. Under his direction the Company disposed of non-core assets and brought the Petišovci asset into production.

We were up Monday on what was one of the worst days in history for the markets . Wonder what we’ll be today with a tail wind from the broader markets having some of the biggest one day rises since 2009 . Think we saw some good buying Monday . A few small Christmas sells at close no doubt . Now it’s time for the Santa rally . Hopefully quickly head back towards 5p

To see the bid close the week at 7p much better and some really nice sized buys so hopefully a continuation next week now

Maybe Edmund knows that we’re entering a news rich period but also knows that week retail will probabably sell as soon as they go a week with no news

Small amount left at full ask 7.5 . Could be another blue day

Someone took 15k at 7.06 that’s what caused the sharper rise into close and full ask at 7.3 being paid

No ceo holding might be a red flag but when the rest of the board own 70 percent of the shares I wouldn’t worry too much . Maybe he has kids and a wife who drain him for every penny he makes and can’t tie money up

The significance I think too is the fact he’s exercised all his options not with the intention to just sell them . If he was going to do that you wouldn’t buy an extra £100k on top at above market price . He knows how undervalued we are .

Yes . It’s to do with a closed period . Potentially they won’t be classes as in one as nothing new is happening we know they’re working on fixing problems so if problems get fixed we can all assume that will happen as can Edmund . Normally in a closed period around financials or if deals are being done . I’m sure he went through proper channels and clarified with the nomad it was ok to buy . Up 6 % now too . It’s a start . Will sleep easier at night when we return to double figures . I’m sure Kuat will too having lost £50million in value since the turn of the year

Wanted 6.5 for small amounts hopefully a few on the side decide bows the time to be adding . Full production on mjf covers the £100mcap with ease from q1 so no value given to any of the deeps or any other assets

Wouldn’t say it means rns coming I’d say perhaps the opposite as wouldn’t be allowed to buy if news imminent . I think he obviously just sees the value at 10p and now even more at 6.5
