Regarding the JV... Its sad regarding its demise but the company are sitting on potentially hundreds of billions pounds worth of precious stuff. The board are the biggest shareholders. Its very much coveted and will make shareholders multimillionaire.

It's all under NDA and the world's biggest mining companies could be possibly sidelined by state backed and funded purchase of the Kola mining District. The Saudis, UAE, Chinese, Indian and Japanese are all very much interested in the Kola mining District at state levels. It's a matter of national security as far as transition to green energy and green cities are concerned

Also.. With likely tens of billions of pounds if not hundreds of billions of pounds of Precious metals in the ground, UBS and DLA Piper will want their cut for their patience after so many years of advising the board.

With regards to Artem.. He's been a real let down so far but he's done over $100 billion of M&A and I really believe this will be the biggest deal he's ever done... That's why it's taking time

Im looking at the bigger wider picture. With DLA Piper and UBS still involved and having looked at the historical Russian geological assessment of the area.. I really believe the company is sitting on the equivalent of UAE/Saudis sitting on all that oil 100 years back. There's been twists and turns but with the transition to green energy coupled with awful climatic catastrophes in China, India, Dubai and Saudi... Its imperative on national security levels to build have green energy and green cities.
