I thought the same as Chris, strange silence from Vlad & Hemo on Friday for such big news, so is he avoiding saying anything in interviews until the funding is sorted and announced? It's getting my hopes up for an funding rns this week. Or am I just searching for a positive reason for Friday silence? Maybe they just all had the day off celebrating?

Plenty of selling today, plenty of buying today, many happy with their profits and left, many joining for cart clinical trials/cbr/cdx and at the prospect of big pharma-style deals on the cards. I personally cannot wait for the newsflow for these. If I was them I'd be desperate to progress CBR as it looks like a gamechanger, hopefully with some kind of partnership with Prevail or otherwise, to accelerate progress.

Think about Vlad right, his lifes work has been about trying to save lives and he finally has the chance to do that. After all these years. He must be deleriously happy! Well done Vlad congratulations!!!

It's a great thought, they can now focus more on CBR now that cart is clinical and prevail handling the trials. Can't wait for more CBR news

The IND Grog has suddenly gone past its best before date, bring out the Clinical Grog!

Hopefully just the start of the re rates. Hemo have a stamp of approval from the fda, opens the doors to the big boys, the strategic investments and iis. What a great company this is becoming!

With only days left it seems quite late to have a rejection. Maybe it's been checked and now with fda top nobs for final sign-off?

This is what it said in the sep rns: "Prevail InfoWorks, Inc. to act as Contract Research Organization (CRO) for upcoming Phase I clinical study, expected to commence in 2023"

Seems clear (to a layman anyway!) they are referring to the actual trials. Anyway whatever their plans they'll be interesting to follow.

On another subject my broker really wanted my shares today. I did some dummy sells. They really really wanted a lot! Bodes well

Wouldn't a lot of the planning be in the IND? Sort of demonstrating that they have a practical plan as well as a suitable product? Then once clinical they can put things into motion. I don't have any experience on how long these things take or what's in an IND so all just guesswork. One patient at a time though so surely that quickens the process somewhat?

Unless it was a typo and it should have said 2024. Pretty bad typo to do though!

Assuming we get the CH lifted, we might not have long to wait for trials to start. The 18th Sep RNS said Phase 1 was expected to commence in 2023. That was only 3 and a bit months away. That rns was before the lentivirus remanufacture was completed, before the test runs and before a possible month wait with the FDA. Either they were wildly optimistic with their timelines or Prevail were ready to start within weeks or maybe a month of CH lift.

Hopefully it's the latter!

Great info! Nice to see hemo going to SETS, going up in the world! Explains the out of kilt bid and ask today.

Does anyone know why today? Why SETS today? We've had big volumes before. Are they getting ready for CH lift? Obviously it could have happened already so their timing seems rather good.

I found jhfh's thoughts interesting the other day: Prevail invest in P1 onwards (as far as he could see) so them investing pre-clinical to us was possibly just because of the CH delaying things and Hemo needing a spot of cash to keep things going. It was only a small investment so would only keep hemo going for a short while. Kind of possibly implies that we only wanted enough to get us to clinical and that there will be more investment post-clinical. It would make sense that there will be more investment to come from prevail as why the small amount? Its pittance for Prevail Partners.

I do think though the next investment will be more than the 6p valuation of the 1st investment. The 6p I'm assuming is what prevail valued us at the time. So post-clinical they should value us at more. No idea what they'll value us post clinical but double the previous valuation doesn't sound too ridiculous! Here's hoping
