Out of interest, what is your average holding period for a stock?

This company has incredible fundamentals, all lead indicators have massively improved in the pasy 5 years.

Novo had a 20% holding at Dec 31st and has exited it entirely, an exit was always going to depress near term performance, i am just pleased they have exited and that overhand has disappeared. Separately, the death of the former CEO who was instrumental in the turnaround would have led some to exit.

If it does manage to hit mid 20% margins in the next 18 months it is massively undervalued and ripe for M&A targeting.

The business has had a meaningful turnaround in the past five years yet its valuation has gone nowehere. Consistent HSD revenue growth and expanding margin.

I'm surprised another company is not sniffing around it!

I would surmise that there are some significant sell orders around the 300p level, including LO and strategics.

It may take some significant catalysts to propel and sustain north of 300p in the near term.

That being said, its top and bottom line are accelerating and it is bulding quite a cash pile.

Having written or been involve in north of 200 RNSs, there is plenty of spin in those statements especially, although not entirely the case, when those that are not based on financials haha

It appears, in the absence of new news (good or bad!), there is meaningful support in the 23-25p range

I think that is fair, but it would then be a case of the turkeys (CEO & CM) voting for Christmas if they sanction

FUD? I've no skin in the game but am considering, i just want to feel comfortable that the SP is bottoming out. Making certain statements, asking sensible questions is not FUD!

I'd be astonished if the market takes this as anything other than negative. The CFO actually sounded competent on the call, he'd been in situ for 10 months, i think there's more of a worry that he is not comfortable in the position rather than the spin in the RNS announcement.

The concern is, was he aware of more under the kimino, and jumped ship?

Here, here, 8 months before the debt becomes a current liability. I'm surprised management has not even started this process. Struggle to see a path without some form of material capital injection
