A little bit of caution has started to creep in here as we are all aware Every stock is a gamble except Amazon it would seem , this is certainly no exception by far , we all know if for any reason Amapa fails then its back to where on the SP? we have value in EMH and this is what has helped move the SP quite significantly this is not one for anyone with a weak heart however the rewards should be healthy if the Amapa deal goes through and the mining restarts.

Personally I had 150000 EMH shares and I got out at just over 42p this get out strategy cost my 80k extra the reason I got out was the rise was so sudden I anticipated a retrace it didn't happen I got it totally wrong sometimes its worse thinking of what you could have had than what you gain. I have given this a srong buy rating as I believe this could do an EMH

Regarding Amapa always best to do your own research just use Google Amapa mies or similar plenty of information there on the previous owners what happened to them why they left etc buying shares does not go without risk ..

Those two 250K buys are pretty heavy duty that would make me think are we due some juicy news and someone knows something , I personally wont be happy until I am suitably rewarded I rode most of the EMH recent ride unfortunately got off too soon , it was unbelievale with the Amapa deal this could easily do an EMH but you got to be in it to win it .

Zak Mir What an easy job pick a few AIM stocks put a positive spin on them but only after piling in a couple of days before , people take his tips buy them then i suspect he dumps them he probably gets his gossip on LSE ..

Seems the market makers knew something was being released and shut the tap nothing to get exceited about

Exercise of Warrants

Cadence Minerals (AIM/NEX: KDNC; OTC: KDNCY) announce that, it has received warrant exercise notices to subscribe for 300,000 new ordinary shares in the Company at an exercise price of 8.5 pence per share (the "Warrant Shares") Subscription monies of GBP25,500 have been received by the Company in respect of the exercise of these warrants.

Application will be made for the Warrant Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM of London Stock Exchange plc and to and the AQSE Growth Market operated by Aquis Exchange Plc for the New Ordinary Shares ("Admission").

Admission is expected to occur on or around 30 April 2021. Upon Admission, the Company will have 148,649,098 Ordinary Shares in issue. There are no shares held in treasury. The total voting rights in the Company is therefore 148,649,098 and Shareholders may use this figure as the denominator by which they are required to notify their interest in, or change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

Yes but that was with an RNS I was surprised we had the rise today I ws expecting a flat day at best so whatever we get today is a bonus EMH seem to have run out of steam for now , BCN also so without any news its all down to buying and selling

322K sold since 10.22 for drop to 20.66 to sell from 20P to sell i would anticipate sellers over 25K that are not showing

Not sure its a tree shake sdome biggish buys early doors some bigger sellers in the background

If you follow charts the charts are looking very bullish ref KDNC whether you like the board or not is irrelevant I have been on other BB boards if people dont double their money within a T!0 the companies rubbish this company is no exception ref bulletin boards the way i see it this company has assets those assets are more the the market cap by far this is currently a cheap way to get into BCN or EMH im not even thinking of Amapa thats the icing on the cake. These will not be 16/17p for long

It looks like I may have come back at the right time a pleasant move forward today after what I thought was a decent AGM I wasn't expecting much news today otherwise any news could be potentially price sensitive with EMH in profit if KDNC need funds they can tap into that , good to hear they have cash going forward as cash calls were always our main driver down I still think this should be well into the 20s without Amapa providing people have faith they will be rewarded.

I cannot believe this stock has gone ballistic the broker had this had 80p when it was trading at 16p and that was my target to sell my 150K shares , when those guys released that video that Tesla were buying the company it doubled from around 22p I didn't know what to do and panic sold thinking it would go straight back down.
I never got back in seeing these close to my price target price in 2022 a couple of months later is bitter sweet one however needs to feel sorry for the Czech investors if it floats in Prague having to pay top money for their own mine or do you think they will issue more shares. Anyway well done to those that didnt sell if that video was never released i would never have sold so far i've kissed goodbye to 45k grrr

Its usually the ones with the least shares that complain the most it also strikes me as odd that anyone would **** off a stock that they are invested in so clearly you are not .
I put a lot of money into REM years ago, I and many other investors still here got it wrong because of the Hype in something that was never going to happen for years I really feel their time is coming go to the LSE EMH or BCN discussion board go back several months the same negative posts as we get here it makes you want to hit the sell button some did and now regret it only invest what you can afford to lose

I have been out of KDNC for years It was REM last time i was in I recently held 150k of EMH shares and sold out at 42p after the ridiculous video of Tesla buying out EMH was released as if that was ever going to happen I thought they would slip back you win some you lose some I have now bought into KDNC for three reasons because I think they are massively undervalued , the portfolio they hold and they are not the company of a few years ago simple as that .
I think sometimes it gets forgotten KDNC are an investment company and with KDNC investments doing rather well this SP needs some kind of re rating so my prediction short term without any Amapa windfall is 20p this time next year minimum 50p this is not the company of years ago

So the last trade at 16.29.44 was a buy at 40p we then appear to have had what are earlier trades reported late one being for 36.20 so it appears that we finished 36.20 truth is 39/40 I actually topped up at 06-Nov-20 16:26:59 39.29 25,000 Sell* 39.00 40.00 9,823 reported on this board as a sell it really is all over the place am i right or wrong ? 36.20 or 40

The final sentence European Metals confirms the listing is non-dilutive, as no additional capital is required to be raised and no new shares will be issued on the OTC markets. Good to see confirmation of this when the shares are gone thats it ??

What happened today with this video has opened us up to the world I just checked its had 16000 views so far ,in my view EMH was presented brilliantly so much better than could ever be written here although us LTHs learned very little as what he said we already know our bulletin board contributors you know who you are regularly keeping us posted , an offtake is inevitable whether its Tesla , BMW or the VW group this stock is a no brainer , one thing i did see reading the comments to the video was how many wanted to buy EMH shares but had no idea how , as they have no access to LSE, AMX, or Frankfurt i can only imagine that many that saw this presentation will be buying as soon as they can Its been fantastic seeing people posting here that live local to Cinovec their enthusiasm and positivity again endorses what a great investment this is.

Yes Sid_fiddler of course what my post implied was YES we are at 30/31 today this was likely to have happened anyway and a lot more with the news flow we were expecting anyway

Lets not forget we were already expecting big SP rises with mine studies , offtake agreements , Czech listing there has been plenty of press recently regarding EMH more than I have seen in the time i've been invested this stock is still so undervalued
