Agreed Lenigas was a nightmare its probably no point dwelling in the past but unfortunately some including myself lost tens of thouands through his 5p predictions we are in a great place now as a company some great assets 18p will be a distant memory this is getting in at the new lows time to get our money back with interest.

I have agree Ivybush I topped up this morning at 21.5 doing the wait and see cost me 0.50 the way i see this i have bought all the way to 30 and only a couple of days ago at 27.4 so this is a bargain i suppose with all the legal wranglings to get 20% it makes sense to avoid the legal costs and go straight for the 27% .
I suspect after todays RNS being oversubscribed there wont be a generous offering to share holders so spent my last few grand today once the 27% is confirmed we SHOULD look back and see this as a buying opportunity..

At first i was furious i have digested it now , one thing that is pretty much agreed is at 20/21 they are very cheap they dropped yesterday to 23.5 to buy they were snapped up and continued to be snapped up today so plenty want in , as we reached a high just under 28p i also took another 35k recently this tells me there are plenty of buyers that like what they see.
I have been through the last couple of weeks trades apart from a sale of 215k shares a few 100k share sales it seems there has been no commercial scale dumping by anyone in the know which is good.
I am pleased they didnt sell EMH at this stage as those shares could pay for the 49% in the future .
I personally see no problem in raising 3.5m ive alwas fancied being part owner of an iron ore plant ??

People sell for all reasons Nick so large sells dont bother me however if there were several in quick succession then run , Cmsammy im quietly confident you you will be ok for mid February things are progressing behind the scenes as our well informed posters are advising us , for anyone that has been involved in buying or selling uk land or indeed building their own home will be only too aware of the hold ups this is no different , without Covid slowing us down this IMO opinion would've been finalised a long time ago,
I personally am happy to sit tight buy on dips and take the ride lets not forget some bought under 5p NOT ME I was lucky enough to enjoy the EMH ride this stock is no different in its trading pattern ALL shares go up and down its called making a market..

WE got battered today by 3 sells 100k quite early the 150k was a real stinger and a 75k if these were mopped up we would have had an average day after the 150k sell every trade to the end of the day excluding the 1765 right at the whistle was a buy including the 55k and my purchase of 25k all showing as sells the same goes if we had 325k buys we would rise 1p plus.
Lets see what next week brings

Clearly a single seller , as you point out people sell for so many reasons im just gutted i bought 25k yesterday at 21.66 could have saved 375

Bit annoying seeing the price drop on comparatively low volume i really cant see the logic in selling when KDNC is at it's most investable position ever , I remember when EMH had it's rise last year the Sp was bouncing around like this 16-25 then back down then the news came it's how markets work no stock rises in a straight line , REM owe me and i will get it back with a chunk on top my only regret finding this stock was finding it 8 + years ago..

Would it be fair to say we have signed contracts and we are awaiting completion which can be anytime literally one things for sure your money is safe here even with Amapa aside 24p for all these assets ( happy emoji )

From the latest AG video from Brazil it is clear this is a done deal he was itching to tell us more but unable to, it's a little disappointing the 20% could not be announced yet but it will , his tone was upbeat he was smiling like a cheshire cat he was talking like an owner my moneys safe at 17p this is a steal too much upside to ignore ..

Im thinking logically if the board thought this was not a virtually done deal there would be no way they would release this comprehensive POSITIVE RNS this was great news

I have read the accounts again I personally feel more confident than ever in my quite sizeable investment here as much as we are frustrated with the board to be fair to them we have a quite envieable portfolio not forgetting we are an investment company not a miner and obviously dependent on others to get things moving too , when Amapa happens 29p will be a gift.

So basically nothings changed the Amapa waiting continues and they are looking for further investments is that a plan B if Amapa fails ? surely Amapa will take all their time and money no mention of the the extra shipments that we wanted clarification on..

Lots here writing plenty of other candiates LOL so why have they not offered in the past , this can or cannot lead to a deal bear in mind these shares have traded 160 - 180 for a long time thats because thats the value of the company if you start expecting 290 300 310 you may be disappointed if they call off the deal back to 178 enjoy your winnings
