Afternoon all, I have been busy at work and purchasing a new property so been very tied up. Very pleased with developments here in what I have read and catching up with a lot of our regular posters. Absolutely amazing this bargain area we still remain in. Plenty to be pleased about. I will be looking to add further at these prices over the next few weeks. I am down but I am without question patient and happy to let this develop.
