@MPO thanks for clarifying. Much appreciated
Sorry for every 85 shares you hold you can buy an additional 2 shares for a preferential price of 8p per share. That's my understanding

@small investor I'm on H&L as well. For the issue I think the terms are for every 85p you hold you can buy an additional 2 for a preferential price of 8p
Only way is up hopefully. Can anyone explain why someone would sell 500k worth of shares when it looks so obvious we are going to rise for my own technical understanding. Or. Is there always misc trades like this ?
I agree. I put my top up in this morning
@convb what do you consider well below 8p put numbers and explanation to your post. Otherwise it doesn't mean much
Lots of free publicity with this during the right period of time which will be valuable
1. Reject the offering if we can vote and have a better proposal
2. Why can't the current owners + JV inject 25m direct not that much is it? Cash inflows is not that far away. We have agreements now!
3. Continue to buy and hold as I assume all long holders won't sell way above the current SP anyway. (Plus Make the shorters sweat!)
4. New investors can contribute 25m via offering but also need to buy 10m or X amount of current SP
5. If it does go through... keep buying just don't sell
6. Make this more public. Maybe start a chain in Reddit to gather more world wide users.
7. Keep buying ad holding !
Any other ideas??
@ steamy 100 percent !
Best solution is to buy more and hold it! To make the shorters sweat
Hargreaves Landsdown do not lend out client shares - so if you purchase your shares or use another broker and holding long (and they lend out your shares) do the necessary precautions to prevent this!
@Steamy - we should all do this
Might have missed this earlier- but any technicals out there able to explain or give good insight in the 2,500 automated sells that keep recurring?
Good question. Is it something to do with filling an order?
@draft explain why and when? *
@draft explain why?
Question. Why is it that the last trade was 8.80 but SP 8.67? Or does it lag?
There's still some very chunky sells going on. The trade history has been interesting to watch
