See CHA RNS dated 8th June. Gordon Watson joins the proposed Concha Investee company.( Company X) When the deal is done, i believe that Gordon will become CEO of Company X and it will be this vehicle that will be reversed in to AVP. With it comes all the benefits and recognition of an instant listing. Everything in CHA and AVP is so entwined and we both await deal news. Sorry it's just to much of a coincidence. We shall see soon enough. GLA
