Cobus Loots, CEO of Pan African Resources, on delivering sector-leading returns for shareholders. Watch the video here.
Nice to see this rising at last, hopefully we can break the 200p barrier and then push on from there. Still maintain that this is massively undervalued given the underlying business and predicted growth.
Without question. It's just a matter of time now - I've been waiting for that all important RNS for weeks now but can't help but feel that it's finally just around the corner.
but no rise in sp. Only a matter of time now surely
Decent rise today, still waiting for that all important RNS announcing the T/O...
Fairly static week all in all altho' could be worse given the state of the markets. Watch out for news over the weekend...
Exactly, with the sp at this level, even with an 80p offer that's an impressive 50% return for those buying in today. Going to top up myself.
It's a comment on a bulletin board, I'm hardly giving investment advice.
Pretty much confirming that you can't loose with this one, rock solid business with long-term growth prospects either way and if Ladbrokes come in with an offer then bonus.
I have to say that I'm inclined to agree. Reading between the lines, Ladbrokes' recent IMS was basically saying that they won't commit to a deal until SBT get out of markets that they see as unregulated. As you say, this is now pretty much a done deal given so only a matter of time before a deal is announced. It's all certainly hotted up this week as a few days ago I was started to wonder whether we would ever see anything happen...
Another day, another RNS http://www.investegate.co.uk/Article.aspx?id=201108170700135044M
Almost back to the levels before the market chaos of the past two weeks now. Let's hope it doesn't fall away before close.
Up 4% already, let's see where we can finish.
SBT has announced this morning that GVC Holdings PLC is in exclusive discussions to buy the Turkish operation. Should see us moving up today as if they can get shot of this then it removes a major barrier in any Ladbrokes takeover... really positive news either way

Absolutely agree with you there, people coming into the market now are going to make an absolute killing on shares like this one. I've got a Stocks & Shares ISA that I'm going to fill up solely with undervalued companies such as GKN, some bargains to be had at the moment, for sure.
Jellybook need to get on and make some announcements, presumably they'll have to issue trading updates - does anybody know the dates of when they'll need to report.
This is not quite as good as it sounds... the EMA are merely moving from another building on the estate, paying a relatively low £46.50 per sq ft, whilst CWG have had to offer a 37-month rent free period, which covers the cost of fit-out. It also leaves them with the issue of filling both the rest of 25 Churchill Place and the building that the EMA will leave behind.
No mention of the potential Ladbrokes T/O in the trading update, however regulation seems to be key to any such deal taking place and today's statement supports that. Good to see this rising at last either way.

This share is incredibly cheap now, given that it was heavily tipped just two weeks ago by almost all the major sites such as Investors Chronicle and the Telegraph. So many tempting buys out there at the moment of which this is most definitely one.
