Just catching up on posts, I had a few conversations with Rowka on jv’s and creating a larger company, because I believed that’s what was going to happen, and the main reason for that was because of this that I found back in April 2020ish,

I believe the quote was an interview with Alexei Churakov in the Kommersant which was posted up on here by another poster a few months ago Mac before the pandemic, that’s the figure $2500- $3000 were working on in the early stages of the sale process after the banks had come on board,

There was an earlier withdrawal by Phil, money for his kids I think, then shortly afterwards a appalling fake news article by simply Wall Street about possible insiders cashing shares, then the rns was dropped in response, that’s what I thought anyway.
