Covid19 Sep 2021 13:36
Hello Everyone
I've been invested here since 2013, have a sizeable holding and regularly read some excellent posts by certain posters. Keep it up.
My next door neighbour bumped into a friend who is a nurse at West Sussex Hospital (Brighton) yesterday. As an experienced nurse of many years she isn't dedicated to one department but works wherever she's needed.
She said the hospital is packed with really seriously ill people with Covid. Worthing Hospital is the same. They've had to send nurses from Brighton to Worthing to help.
What's different this time compared to the people who were ill and dying previously and who were generally old or already ill and were probably going to die fairly soon anyway (her words not mine). This time the ages are between 20 and 50. What's also different is this time it's not being reported in the media.
My first question to my neighbour was were these patients double jabbed? She didn't know but if she sees the nurse again will ask.
I can't guarantee this info 100%, but my neighbour has known the nurse for years and has no reason to disbelieve her.
Keep safe.
