Kelso Group Backers & Separate THG Nutrition with Equity Investment21 Feb 2023 07:12
Thought I would have a quick look at some of the Kelso backers! Well well well.
Just a quick look at their current/previous role. Intriguing and very interesting. These chaps are backing THG and Matt all the way, quite the roster of backers. Wealthy, connected and influential people, something in the pipeline for sure. Feels like Kelso will take one of the divisions as a reverse takeover, Matts a deal maker, get the feeling something big is coming.

Follow the money! This is all you need to know. All these guys agree THG is massively undervalued, and just Nutrition alone is worth significantly more than current market cap.
My money is on Nutrition to be separated, reversed into Kelso, and recieve an equity stake by a Major Corporate. Too much noise! First Matt mentions it, now coincidentally Kelso also specifically mention the same thing in their RNS. Remember Matt said Pepsi recently bought a stake in an inferior smaller brand in the US for 11x revenue!
***In particular, Kelso believes that the Nutrition business, which incorporates the MyProtein and MyVegan brands, could alone be worth in excess of the entire current market capitalisation of THG***
Writing is on the wall, it's too obvious! Let's see if I'm right. Explains the total silence last few months!
