Couple of points to note along with the 3% increase on Friday there is also the possibility of the management deciding to sell some of the non core assets as they have already demonstrated willingness to do in turkey. Or sell off real estate again as they have already done in Belgium.

There are no companies with deep enough pockets or any that have a strategic fit to gain any synergies from this. Unless, if it is Mohawk which can easily purchase this and gain a massive hold in the market.

The second more realistic fit would be for managers to take this private as seen with the 3% from nowhere

Looks like the chairman is in hiding no buys from the flamboyant chairman no fancy quotes not topping up his holding.

The ceo Philip hamers adding a tiny amount of his £3million take home pay is not going to mask that none of the top ten holders have added 1 share especially the chairman.

Although it is very encouraging to see the shorters have been closing positions fast and big institutions increasing. Why have we seen no purchases from any of the senior management.

Some big cross overs being printed - another good sign the seller(s) must be coming to an end. Once that happens the correction will happen very quickly.

All valid points if you are a shorter. However there is no pressing reason to refinance the debt the first tranche is not due until 2027. Which is half of what it would be if you were to refinance now !

Tomorrow will be key if we hit another 4-6% then the upward trend will continue. Big holders increasing is a sign of confidence.
