I'm a small but long long term customer of TP, in recent years the health and safety drive is taking more and more of the delivery drivers time. Putting cones and barriers up to drop off in a rural area, cameras on wagons that managers can log into at any time, having to get customers to watch videos on safe operation of machines even though such as in my case it is my trade owning and operating plant for decades. They are paying people to trip up and annoy other paid employees. This slows down deliveries, annoys customers and demoralises staff, who would want to work for a company who tries to catch you out and discipline you in a daily basis. Cut down on unnecessary H&S and get back on track.
