The waiting on this Orphan drug status is a bit of an excuse to be honest,If the drug works it works and would have been snapped up by now.A mid cap would have no trouble obtaining ODS on their own and a lot quicker than NFX if they thought they needed it at all.Time for Dan to put up or shut up and stop dragging the saga on,someone wants it or they don’t ,it has kind of dragged on too long.from results they received.if it was good news.
