again, if you own shares in this, you own part if IEH's patent portfolio / IP valued at, about 2 years ago, $US1. 1 BILLION.
because of the IP valued at 1.1 billion US$ not long ago. Diluting that value to death would take some doing so I never sold my shares. IEH still hiring too
Potentially, allegedly 'worthless' shares recovering? IEH are masters of the gloomy RNS. Some of the tech has military / strategic implications so ownership of may be sensitive... I remember when the US realised the co making chips used in F15 had been bought by the Japanese.... ha ha ha... weird share this
electric cars, google "tesla skatt"...... I think the IP this company owns is capable of settling the score with meditor and still delivering multi bagging value to investors. IP valued at $1.1billion a while back. May be worth more now.... it's a hard one.... either way, do the sums...... at these prices, it should be a doodle to decide if you should buy or not
the use of the word "could" is the key here. People read but don't understand. Millions of shares in a company with a billion bucks worth of IP change hands for washers. Quelle surprise. Tree shake on huge scale. Some smart cookies will have done the maths, bought in for peanuts and already sold. DO THE MATHS xxx
forum is stating the obvious sounds like ramping. IP was valued at over a billion bucks ages ago before hydrogen became hip... I think that RNS was a metaphorical rocket up some backsides..... I worked out ages ago what this was really worth and even with the CLN factored the value of the IP alone made a multi bagger a few times over but just DO THE MATHS yourself....
estimated value of IP divided by sgares in issue plus what convertible loan notes once converted equal.... as if anyone didn't know this was undervalued at 8p.... in my opinion of course.... look at previous deals done for HFC IP.... Ballard etc.
A lot if sense in that post. Lots of money to be made scaring PIs out of shares. DO THE MATHS. IP value divided by number of shares plus Meditor's CLNs converted to shares, hence the heavy buying.
someone else on another board andvis still active
I think it's unlikely there is undiscovered gold to cover the money investors have given this company over the years. When did ECR sell anything?
Yes... beebong posts as ibug over on the a d etc ieh forums.
Excellent point. Once insurers of chemical plants start demanding such back ups, sales of HFC powered back ups will rocket.
Availability and cost of hydrogen have always held back this sector but it looks as if momentum is really building in this sector. Stuff that runs on hydrogen fuell cells will likely have some IEH IP.... pretty exciting times.
or is lse having issues?
buying up HFC companies like mad. Doosann Babcock are busy.
Me too. How would the Convertibke Loan Notes affect any takeover? I've been saying for ages that with sterling low and the IP growing in value, it'd make sense for some to buy IEH rather than license their IP for years
Just seen one is now listed of about 10,5k pounds just after 11am. Trading in IEH is funny right now. Apparently only rising in the US, erratic in the UK? Definitely demand but also some sellers
Thanks for the post and it makes sense. I am torn between thinking thus is never going to be much above 8p and wondering if Meditor want to own the company since that isn't really what they do and it may not be in their interests. It's a tough one... we'll see...
just before 11am?
You have my sympathies but averaging down whilst these prices are available seems sensible as there seems to be definite upward momentum albeit slowed by profit taking or distressed sellers. Good luck. Up nearly 10% so far today. In the US, this just seems to rise... no apparent dips. Debate and opposing views welcome
