They actually can, they agreed the proportion of the military needs are currently 40% Ukraine, 30% USA and 30% Europe, so without the USA there's not a catastrophic drop off, add to this the USA won't completely cut off all support in any case and it's quite plausible Ukraine can withstand some years of lunacy in the Whitehouse.

So here we have a mix of spiked investors, long term investors that have seen a fortune vanish and a bunch of traders trying to swing this one way and then the other. The company that will eventually mine this are not interested right now, they won't be in 10 years, they might be in 15 years. In that time this share price will fall back to sub penny levels. Eurasia's tall tales will surely unravel over the next 24 months. As i predicted some weeks ago 3p is now knocking on the door next week. This company is one of the biggest jokes on AIM.
