This is quite an interesting development, artists offering their own collectible NFT's which fans can purchase and sell. NFT's are becoming increasingly popular amongst gamers, with companies like Ecomi offering NFT's through their Veve app, where consumers can purchase collectibles from different brands such as Batman, Back to the Future and more.
NFT's are the new hot wheels cars and is a massively growing market

I was under the impression 7dig had a bigger catalogue than UMG, so maybe providing the stuff they don't have

7dig is a decent medium long hold, placing at 2p so current price is well below. Financials for 2020 due soon and looks like they should be turning a decent profit

Ignore them Ian, they jump on you when you're wrong about something but they never praise you when you're right about things!
Maybe the BoD are going to progress the JV with Rosgeo so they can sell off their share of that in future, as you say, too good to turn down.

AFC report doesn't include Rosgeo JV or rhodium production from all but WK, plenty of value to be added yet...

They still have to carry on business as usual, they can't just sit around waiting for a deal to be done like us. If financing is needed then it's been done with no discount, which is pretty impressive. The deal could be done tomorrow but this was needed at this time

I've just re-read the RNS from the 10th December 2020 and it's quite amazing the amount of positive information in there, from new and renewed contracts to how they monitize their product. Some highlights:

"In total, the Company has signed five new contracts, four expansions and eight renewals in H2 2020." (Not to mention more new contracts and renewals this year).

"the Company is pleased to confirm that it has achieved operational profitability in the last quarter of 2020 and increased revenues in H2 2020 when compared to H1 2020"

"the Board envisages receiving incremental revenues from these customers and expects to report substantial year-on-year revenue growth in FY 2021"

eMusic live - "In 2021, the Company plans to stream hundreds of shows and as a result expects eMusic Live to contribute significant millions to Company revenues".

"Made-for-TV music entertainment provider ROXI, backed by Robbie Williams and Kylie Minogue and now pre-loaded on Sky Q set-top boxes, renewed its partnership with 7digital to deliver shared interactive music entertainment experiences to millions of Smart TVs and satellite set-top boxes across Europe."

Silversun, that is fine. But when someone is doing all they can to give a negative edge, e.g. saying it's going down to 22p yesterday (it didn't) then what are your balanced views on that?
We haven't had any information regarding who's bid what for what parts because that would have been discussed under the FSP and we are no longer in that, but a proposal that HAS been made is being progressed, what's so hard to fkkkin understand?

Still at it themaddork, the BoD haven't put a foot wrong in years, everything they've said they'd do, they have done. All the bids would have been done under the FSP hence why we didn't hear about them, the latest development is a "proposal" by a credible party which they are now looking to work out and finalise, hence the closure of the FSP.

Open at 31p, people are probably taking their 20% profit they could have gained in the last 24 hours hence the dip, climbing steady now

Surely now the FSP is closed we must get some details of who has offered what and for what parts of the company. That will then help value the company and we can move away from this ridiculous 25-29p range
