DeeptPen lost too! Don't listened to his dribbling nonsense! This is a bulletin board and he can say, lie and boast about what ever he likes! On here he can be a 'millionaire', however every successful person i know doesn't brag about how much money they have and then get satisfaction out of watching others fail.
Totally agree, some of the posts on here telling people to sell, how stupid they were for not selling, just goes to show how poison this board is and should be ignored unless the comments can be backed up with facts.
Been on Halifax account and have no problem buying shares. Must just be Barclays.
Literally seen the exact same NOMAD statement with its "due diligence" plan etc a couple of days ago. Nothing to worry about, remember if there was any issues regarding this they would have to notify its shareholders under the company’s AIM disclosure responsibilities.
Further comments:
TM Question: What’s going on with the Forest industry on the GNP started long before @Gerry_Byrne and @MitchelmoreMHA became MHAs. The @nlliberals have been dead set against any development since before the FDA was even created. There’s more to this than meets the eye.
SF Reply: No one is disputing AEG...or the pellet plant...or it being in Hawke’s Bay. We know industry to process pulp wood/by-product is needed to operate a local saw mill. Sir, reason for our protest is about permits being issued w/out a plan to process our saw logs on the GNP! @nlpoli
What’s true & what’s not is anyone’s guess! Jan 16/19 council requested to meet w/ AEG, sawmill owner & PUBLIC MEETING w/ Ministers Mitchelmore & Byrne. To date only sawmill owner confirmed a time.??Hopefully we will get answers to many questions!#NLpoli
In accordance to AIM Rule 1, if the Company fails to appoint a replacement Nomad within one month of the Suspension of Trading, anticipated to be the 4th March 2019, the Company will cancel the admission to trading of its Ordinary shares on AIM
You should be aware that if you have not sold or otherwise transferred your Active Energy Group Ordinary shares prior to the potential Suspension of Trading and Cancellation, you will not be able to sell or otherwise deal your Active Energy Group Ordinary shares on AIM after 1st February 2019.
Just recieved this:
On 11th December 2018, Active Energy Group announced that following the proposed Merger of their current Nominated Adviser (Nomad) Northland Capital Partners with SP Angel Corporate Finance LLP, Northland intend to relinquish their Nomad status on 1st February 2019 in anticipation of the Merger going effective. Once the Merger has gone effective, Active Energy Group intend to appoint SP Angel as their new Nomad.
Absolutely agree there should be a debate! However all I’ve asked from Newfoundland is some facts. He has been just as wrong as the next person. Never has he backed up anything. As for your post, you were making out like everyone is defending this share and I highlighted absolutely the contrary.
Not really sure Zoom what you’re implying? I don’t think anyone is raving about this share, more hope than anything. Are you looking for some validation for selling? Right now it looks as if you’ve made the right decision, not sure what you get out of forcing your opinion on other holders though? Move on maybe?
