Troa, it's pulling back a bit now, but in the meantime it looks like someone has dumped an amount greater than my now reduced holding for a pittance. I think it's going to be a long two months until the Q1 2022 production figures are released. Ho ho, bleedin' ho!
I was rather hoping that the rise in the BEM SP on speculation that a mining license could finally be granted, would rub off on Wres in some small way, as even AMC have woken up slightly? Why that should be the case, I don't know, just a bit of straw grabbing I suppose!
GIT, I too have seven in a row, what a coincidence! I now feel we are going to be in the doldrums news wise, until Q1 2022 production figures are released. Of course, there may be a release regarding licences but I'm not hopeful. Let's just hope Covid and weather conditions remain favourable in the meantime and the New year begins on a high...for the first time in donkeys years, if ever?
Apparently! "Please sir, I want some more" of the last type of trade that made a smidgen of blue appear. Of course, in true Dickensian fashion, it'll be "Bah, humbug" later on if past doin's are anything to go by?
Grinding like my teeth!
Tonlin, I reckon I'll be 70 before the profits roll in, then what, I'll be too decrepit to spend it on loose women, wine and fast cars.....oh sorry, you've just said you're 70 next year....!
Just re-reading the RNS about the Regua licence and wondered if the environmental study due for Q4 was part of the licence agreement or already known about by Wres but not procured in case the licence was not granted? If known about, I would have thought the study should already have been carried out, unless prevented by Covid restrictions, which may be the case. Whatever, H2 2022 is still a long way off and it means I'll be an official pensioner c/w bus pass by the time the Regua ore arrives at L.P......if I make it that is, I might even have my errant eye fixed by then as well, 20 months and counting!!
In blinkin' evitable I suppose, but why 6p and not 7p, even 6.5p? Anything to drag the SP down again.....and MM's supposed to be on our side, despite the fact he's participating in the placing.
If news arrives, will any of us be here to read It?
Talking of power, I'm sure Hbob was delighted to hear that Hartlepool could be first in line to have a Rolls Royce mini nuclear power station built. The only problem is that the only two suitable locations are the bus station and Bobs allotment. Still, what's a small sacrifice for the sake of progress, he'll be able to his sprouts glowing in the dark from miles away.
Blimey, it's worked.....for the moment anyway. News? Glod, lots of lovely gunnets forging their way to the surface after 10 million years, or around the same time I feel I've been invested here!!
I see a nice little 270k buy has gone through this morning, has that Troajan been rooting under his sofa again for those loose fifties he seems to keep finding. I'm lucky if I come across a fifty pence piece at the moment.
It was a good job I managed to sell a few yesterday rather than wait a day, it's all very depressing :-((
GIT, ouch! Have just done the deed and it hurts at this price. I'm now left with the equivalent of where I intended to stop some while back. Doubtless I'll have to dip in again early next year, but hopefully the SP might have improved a bit by then. Of course, the Post Code lottery might smile upon me with luck, I've recently won £10 two weeks running, whooped do's.
GIT, unfortunately for me, the delays have hit me harder than anticipated, therefore I'm having to unload a few more, as sadly, I haven't got a Blackrock credit facility like Wres. I'm thinking of setting up a "Go fund me Wres investment" page!
The wind in Glasgow was strong enough to pull MM's tie round his neck a bit, not too tightly I hope?
GIT, "transformational" is that your MM impersonation?
I was just flicking the vacuum over the carpet (sadly, my au pair has gone down with a nasty bout of morning sickness, whatever that's about) and it brought an idea to mind. With two water dams and plenty of rain, could Wres not install it's own Hoover (notice my link there to household chores) like power generator to keep the plant operating and sell any excess back to the leccy people? I'm beginning to think I'm wasted.......what with all these brilliant ideas I come up with?
Kev, I mentioned a plague of locusts a while back but I'm supposing they all drowned in the floods! My money is on an overload of frogs, terrapins even red bellied piranhas clogging up the gubbins to be the next disaster to be overcome?
Kev, I've been throwing a few damns around this morning!
I have to say that RodRod has the unfortunate knack of winning these quarterly guesses and I very nearly won it myself due to my undying pessimism. However, if it wasn't for the leccy going down and the "Rain in Spain...Again", things would have looked much better. Obviously, as MM is wholly responsible for all these climactic anomalies, I'm surprised Ms Thunberg hasn't been in touch to lecture him about It?
