Then, having concluded the Blackrock deal, shut down the old plant in readiness to prepare for the new larger crusher etc, not to mention a rotovator and shed for Bob to tend the on site allotment !

About May time, many years ago, while travelling by coach back to Faro airport, a middle aged couple from the deepest Midlands who were sat just in front of us, were in deep conversation about their stay in the Algarve. The weather hadn't been great but when the women said to her husband " I didn't think the Mediterranean got so choppy" I nearly fell off my seat laughing. Bob, being one who likes to tinker and save a few pounds as a result, I've found that some of the older power tools are quite repairable unless it's something catastrophic, so don't bin it, strip it.....then bin it if not economical to fix. Could be something simple like worn brushes?
