I only have 50k shares. to be honest i did not know i had any.....either way its a loss.

The usa asset....mb has done this in two years which is pathetic.

Hi. do u recall the days of crap management here on a12 and a14? At least we knew the score with them.....i sold here Jan just before the a13 results and glad i kept out here. feel for all and hope it works out. don't like the powers these companies have.

You are very trusting here - i certainly hope they don't delist.......yes it will list in a few years time but a £30k holding may only be worth £5k once its been diluted for new investment. the reasons companies list is to get value realised in the business and raise cash.....mta will do neither if they delist. if u think its hard to raise cash on aim going private will be harder!!!!

Stav its defo not positive mate....all regulation has been lifted and they can spend and do what they want. mta could quite easily relist next year but have debt and other investors who have put money in on the cheap....mta have no methods of raising equity without the markets

However u look at news here its awful!!!! It could be 5 years and no relist

Company won't need to report finances or vote....essentially they can spend and do what they want. you seen what maxim had planned at uen to take over the company cheap. how do we know its not the case here? If mta is such a good buy why ain't the big holders eager to be locked in for 12months? I think maxim has a big holding here?

Stav big concern if this goes private....how do they raise cash? Without equity or debt is tough

Stav. Agreed! Every stock is risky but cash in the bank makes the risk easier and do see sustained rises coming.....be interesting to see what price these resist at

For info my first ever share i traded in 2009 resulted in a £45k loss. i learned hard and made this back and more....the tax losses that you call on can be useful. I totaly changed the way i deal with shares and only deal with companies that have cash in the bank and assets that have been forgotten by the market. I have never worked out mb but didn't really like the uen stuff. my point is never give up on making your riches

Hi - i hate to admit but i things will work out here, as soon as this deal is finalized its off to the next. i directly like the Texas value to peers like magp, hawk etc. cash flow is key. Looks like rmp had some positive news also Friday where the market has not reacted to it yet. hopefully we both do well

Why didn't the group accept the cva? You would have got something back and this company could have been used as a shell to trade again.
