Seen June mentioned Tech fwiw.
Nice to have your opinion Tech.
Overhang not cleared yet ?
Wasn’t luck enough to get the low. Last few days have been decent.
Is it FDA approval driving this alone or is there a contract in the pipe for the NHS off the back of NICE approval?
Is GENI talking. ?
The ROCA test uses a proprietary algorithm to calculate a woman's individual OC risk based on several clinical factors including age and accumulating Cancer Antigen 125 (CA-125) blood test results. The ability of the ROCA test to interpret changes in an individual's CA-125 level over time through four monthly interval testing was recognised by the NICE committee as an important contributor to its accuracy and ability to detect OC earlier. Additionally, the NICE committee recognised the published evidence that surveillance using the ROCA test would have a cost-saving benefit for the NHS.

Not comparing the companies. Refer to the events. CDT coffers were emptied by the MURPH holders, which says all about what they thought of CDT in the short term,
Do you think US HNWI’s will pay US$0.3 million on signing the binding agreement and a further US$1.0 million on each of the fifteenth and thirtieth month anniversaries of signing, if CIZ are still developing new antibodies to extend the range and proprietary rights that the Company has for detecting the CIZ1B Biomarker.?
Unless CIZ finalise the final antibody to accredited quality standards AND actually update current shareholders what’s going to happen ?
VV
All positive but the only thing that is needed is confirmation that they have entered the scale-up and manufacturing phase and confirmed the main components of the Company's proposed commercial test for CIZ1B, standard production and operating protocols have been finalised and clinical trials have commenced that should lead to an accredited Laboratory Developed (LDT) test for launch initially in the USA.
Anything else is Hopium, fluff and pumping for the Placees
The full quote reads a little differently does it not ? So if the US HNWI's don't like the look of it (For example SEE CDT) then what ?
BIO's ability to meet its financial obligations is dependant on a group of sophisticated high net worth investors in the USA.
Also is it not just a 2 person Board as it stands ?
Mr Behnke will be joined on the Board of BIO by Dr Ron Greeno, a veteran physician executive with 30 years of experience in the hospitalist practice management field. He was the founder of Cogent Healthcare and served as its EVP for strategy and Chief Medical Officer until its merger with Sound Physicians.
Yeah ok. Placees couldn’t possibly comprehend that PI’s are taking profit below the placing price because they bought at nearly 50% discount to the placing and have held for so long theyve finally got sick of no replies to emails from CIZ or the other one and are derisking/selling out.
To think they thought that RNS would create enough volume for Placees to flip to PI’s to catch their bag.

Allenby Capital Ltd 32 Claridge House, Davies St, London, W1K 4ND,
Is that Mayfair or Marylebone. Is Oxford street the border? Londoners out there ….
Guessing Project Mayfair would’ve been tooooooo obvious.
I don’t claim to have contact with the company or to have “exchanged mobile numbers”
On another note Placees aren’t going to be happy with the share price. There’s a lot of pumping needed to flip and clear this overhang.

Must’ve been a lucky find. But then the LinkedIn posts appeared after the information of the US company was fed in to Telegram.
How many “PI’s” searched for new companies in Texas as part of their reading about CIZ. Such an obvious search is it?
I didn’t until it was posted here for the outsiders.
Who was fed that and by whom? That just coincided with a nice rise in SP before the Placing announcement nicely.
Whoever “found” that info didn’t find it the day company was registered or if they did sat on it.
So remember when you’re looking at any new share to trade or invest in to search the database in Texas for any new company registrations DYOR. Unless you’re an insider lucky enough be invited to partake in placings. (Not many PIs have that type of funding available)
Widglide. I’m sorry.
Hope it works out for you. I was lucky at my entry point. Derisked now but this is in the hands of the Placees and pumpers now to get a decent flip price until the next placing if it gets to that point.
A lot of angry PI’s reducing (< 4%) See how angry they get. Placees at 2p are going to have to pump hard to get above water.
Al is going to have to go on the Ramptastic interview circuit and ramp his self silly or those Placees might not be as generous at the next cap in hand round (IF it gets to that point)
