SS has said and stated that first stable oil production targeted in 2019. I think he mentioned Q1at one point. Some posters here and on other boards claim it will take SS at least another 2 - 4 years to obtain a production licence. So, what do we think here, will SS be bringing home the oil cash in early 2019?

It's only an additional 22m shares though. Not a large enough volume to pull the sp down to anywhere near 9p imho.
