21 March 2019 Angus Energy Plc ("Angus Energy" or the "Company") Operations Update Rig Contract for Brockham Angus Energy (AIM: ANGS) is pleased to announce that the Company has entered into a rig contract with P.W. Well Services Limited to complete the forthcoming work over operations at Brockham. Rig mobilization is anticipated for mid-April and operating day rates are fixed for this intervention. The rig crew are all experienced onshore personnel meeting the Company's strict competency requirements. George Lucan, interim Managing Director, writes: "We are pleased to have identified and secured this rig and crew on such competitive terms and look forward to getting on with the exciting and important work ahead of us at Brockham."

Things will probably move quite fast from that point onwards IMO.

HSE approvals should be with us by Friday 5th April at the latest according to the recent Angus Tweet.

We can now begin to see the plan for moving forward and all that was wrong or lacking under the Vonk management. Clearly our new bod's have been and continue to be very busy behind the scenes getting our good ship back on course. Step by step it's coming good and I can see this re-rating over the coming days and weeks.

What lovely timing to release this fantastic RNS after the close yesterday. Anyone who was hoping to see the low 3's had probably been wrong footed by this. I expect strong buying today and a rise. Possibly even a gap up.

Profit taking and shorting is probably causing a temporary fall in the sp imo. Good news is now required to get this towards 2p. Imo. Could also be some profits moving into Angs I suspect. Angs sp seems to be building a small uptrend looking at the chart.

Operations where overcomplicated and lacking in contingency. Going forward it’s going to be done right.

Team 100% up to speed on what needs to be done now. Not being involved in operations for over 6 months now means needed to fill in a lot of gaps. As I am sure people are aware operations where not done as I would have liked.
