I have since had a second reply, to my second email to JC, I think he has been frank & honest in this reply. He like use all is totally frustrated, but I do think Rick may have pulled the wool over his eyes. Partridge... I accept you may not be too far away from the truth, possibly JC has listened too much, and not questioned the why's!!?

Well over the weekend I sent an email to Bod of hawk, expressing my concerns about the loss of my equity/share price. I.e fall during Rick reign from 12p to .0035p. I have today had a reply from Hawk, their reply was as expected, not one of my questions answered. As expected, quoting..Nighthawk is subject to regulatory obligations around when the Company can or needs to disclose certain material information. One good point though!!!...Nighthawk is focused on improving the operations and position of the Company, including the current water flood project, I wait with baited breath!!

We had 20 wells producing. 5 were up slightly, 15 were down slightly!! Craig 4-4 produced for 20 days, J craig 10-10 for 26 days. WF wells S Bird...... 1435 (44bopd) down 1 barrel a day from previous month. Bc 5-14... 4993 (161bopd) down 20 barrels a day from previous month. B C 3-14..2435 (78bopd) down 78 barrels a day from previous month. gives us a total of 283 bopd based on a 31 day month!! In August one injector was off line due to a leak, not sure for how long though!! 425 seems an impossible target to hit.
