I recently found that they have a number of products in Endoscopy equipment like Air master/Dry Master for drying and storage.

Sales of these probably minimal. The main gadgets and takeup/usage increading revenues from this will be the greatest kicker for the share price.

I also recall ceo comments on risks now when compared to earlier years, minimal now compared to before with gadgets approved and out there. Doesn't make sense that valuation is lower than earlier, seems current commercial execution is main concern and market valuation implies little confidence in management navigating this and that is totally misplaced with their skin in this game.

I concur, addition of Kevin Crofton has made the company leaner and very apparent during the results call. Focus on immediate priorities and cost cutting will be key to ebitda positive without another rights issue that is a major concern. 40-60% growth of a number that gets bigger, will endup as snowball affect. Price will have recovered substantially by time that becomes apparent. Further broker updates should be forthcoming and investment here should multibag in coming years.. this one long term for me.
