I think regardless of mystic Meg impressions and what some would consider legal ramifications I'm sure we can all agree that UPL is continuing to gain momentum with good news steadily adding up. After all the recent influx of investment on a larger scale and as some have mentioned real interest stateside I'm hopeful of a good outcome.

It's not a charity and these people aren't putting coin in without some gaurentees.

absolutely spot on, just have to look at the recent news & partnerships. hi placed individuals around the negotiating table putting their own coin down for options at market price.

which bodes well enough that they feel the value will rise enough that they don't need to **** off investors & take cheaper options.

i think we will see a substantial & continued rise from the point of first psc over the next year or two, never mind if all projects go well. as stated for some pi's the time scale is never quick enough.

If we assuming mid market cap at £2 billion then with 1.63 billion shares in issue we would theoretically have a price per share of £1.23 which would be fantastic but obviously we'd need plenty of postive results both in psc awards and in successful wells being drilled. All going well there's no reason to suspect we can't get there but I'd settle for us breaching 100 million mcap on a psc award at the moment.

Thoughtful discourse is always to be encouraged but some of this is stupid. I get it we all have different hopes, estimates of time frames & schedules based on our own interpretations of the knowledge publicly available. Thus far Stanley has been largely correct in his opinions, I think we can all see the positive trend going on here & with the options that may become available alongside the increasing ability to facilitate them I think we've got a strong investment.

If we do indeed (I believe we had applied for 3 separately but may be wrong) land an Indonesian block for near future drilling then I'd expect to see the SP rise to a conservative 7-8pps either way I'm in the green on this one so happy to wait.

Hope all of us achieve our expectations from our investments in UPL.

The old phrase "all you're eggs in one basket" comes to mind, most people would be pleased that a company they are invested in have strategically diversified to ensure a robust foundation going forward. Although I'd assume if they had concentrated solely on one direction he'd Crow about the missed opportunities elsewhere.

Either way, we're talking about the enmeshing of various jurisdictions, governmental, local councilling & various contractors & supply chain & all the sundry checks that occur at each point. Realistically I think the company have progressed reasonably quickly on multiple fronts.

I think the RNS is good, shows short term confidence going forward & at the least will perk up some ears for investment across the pond perhaps.

With more continued good news I fully expect there to be plenty of aggressive "tree shaking" to occur between now & any RNS in order for the MM's to dislodge any loose shares.

I'm sure many had a twinge of fear when seeing those trades but as you say the share price remained steady, so it'll be interesting to see if those shares get hoovered up today.

At this rate we'll maybe get a nice Christmas present.

Be happy enough with another "false bid" round about now, even just to generate some wider interest and an upward trend pre award. Assuming we've got it.

Hopefully we'll get some concrete announcements by the end of the month & a corresponding rise in the share price to go with it. Curious to know what peoples genuine expectation is for the share price between now & 2026?

Another good question, do you think it types out "mug punters" every time or has it permanently on its clipboard to paste? I'm hoping the later as the former strikes me as manic considering it's his only catchphrase.

Assuming this to be true, it would have gone a long way to steady the share price to clarify this last week upon the release of the article. But then again who's to say that the board are unhappy with the SP at present (given that they feel they know its correct value). It seems to have been an attractive option for someone anyway at these lower prices that may not have loaded up otherwise, which wouldn't displease them I would think.

Either way should be an interesting 6 months here to say the least, hopefully we'll see a slow steady climb back to 4p & above during this period.
