Filtered messages appearing on this forum again for me ... must be the one and only NewKnob who has just written a post? He hadn't posted for days and i bet he's 1) responding to Duster the de-ramper and 2) there's a negative agenda to his post again. These two are typical... as soon as there's a dip you can count on them to pipe up with their downward speculations again
What's happening is there that those in pre IPO mostly had to buy in the IPO also (so there's averages went up) and those that bought in the IPO or even more recently have become sticky holders because no one wants to be locked out or risk trading it incorrectly. I am certainly not trading a share, the prize is too big.
If anyone wants any stock then they have to place an order. Someone is accumulating and when any seller does show up it doesn't last for long at all... too many instances of this now. All these small and large trades point to that. B also buying a few more yesterday also helps the cause given his enormous following. Most market makers now on 40 or above. This has a very long way to go yet
Thordon - i reckon as i've said before that JKX will have somewhere between $45m and $50m net cash in 2021. It could go higher than that also if O&G prices go higher and they have some good drill results like before.
Limit orders to buy now on 38p - all these small and large trades shows someone is accumulating, it's been like this for weeks.
Lupidog's posts are the ones that hit the nail on the head.
Expect excitement and enthusiasm though from a load of new names on this board soon - those that took the placing. Good luck all !
There's the placing i called... which I was told repeatedly by almost everyone on here "wouldn't happen".
Not gloating, just saying. A balance sheet is a balance sheet.
Glad i stuck with these now, little stock to buy on the open which comes as no surprise!
AA has indeed has so much more cash to work with from the outset compared to RRE. I suspect he will do similar deals on the gas production front that will probably once again result in very large and positive working capital adjustments for Kistos. Exciting times to be a holding this.
That will go down well today.
So over 1.3m volume today, what was that all about!? It was already 500k or so by 10:30ish and B only took 100k of that apparently. Bizarre but not complaining. That 90k print at 37p looks like a delayed buy (it certainly wouldn't have been executed after 5pm) and probably another reason for the shift up. Cracking day, roll on the 40s.
Another fabulous day which tells you a lot about the underlying share base and new market buyers. They value their stock!!
Roll on tomorrow.
It's a weird share though in that regard, volume moves all over the place here... unlike many stocks i watch or hold! Who can complain though when the trend is what it is! Natural Gas going higher again today which means one thing.... more cash in the coffers. 40s next.
The best thing is that he is looking after himself first and foremost. That doesn't by way of any silly options or convertibles or even a salary as that's only £36k a year! The way he makes money is on the share price and with 13.5m shares he is well incentivised!
Everyone seen the volume - it's 800k now!
We finally gearing up for the 40s?
One thing is very clear, this is certainly on people's radars lol
Happysparrow - Fair play and at least you are transparent.
AA made too much money for investors last time around, few will want to be locked out and will be buying into the New Year. Then once a deal is in, the insti's will arrive. Let's see how this pans out but I don't think we've seen anything yet tbh
Happysparrow - this is Andrew's baby. He has over £10m invested and his mates and team are in for millions also. In the video yesterday he talked about the similarities with Rockrose and he'll repeat the methods here in terms of reverse takeovers (at higher prices), buybacks, divi's. Those that wanted close to £1 had that chance on day one. This is re-rating because the market knows that deals are coming and know what AA does for a share price! Good luck
boom
When rockrose listed, they raised only $5m gross. The next raise was at 150p where they raised $8m.
You can bet your bottom dollar the institutions will be piling in on the next raise.
Happysparrow - look what they did at Rockrose, they piled in at much higher prices. Very few got in at 50p... they were all paying 150p and above. The fact is most ii's are not permitted to buy a cash shell, it's as simple as that. On acquiring assets, paying divi's etc they can. Andrew Austin isn't making this stuff up
