Proposed Directors of Tirupati Graphite explain why they have requisitioned an GM. Watch the video here.
The bid is creeping up nicely on no apparent significant buys. Possibly some delayed buy orders in the backgound and/or MM's desparate for shares
Just remember excellent tech with multiple projects. Low share issue, with less than 10 mil in freefloat. Interest already shown from OEM's. Serious II's on board. Spinoff company from Southampton Uni. Good luck whatever you decide do.
News articles circulating the internet attracting potential new investors. This technology is revolutionary. Its not geeky tech where the average joe public dont understand. Its quite simply baterries that last longer n charge quicker. Everyone is going to want a piece of that, and pay a premium for it. Im fully aware of the retraces that happen on aim, but this share hasnt spiked. We've seen a gap up and consectutive days of 15-25 % rises.
No idea what this should be. I have seen worse companies over £100 Mil. That would put the share price over £2. Wishful thinking and I guess the fact we are not producing significant revenues yet is a bit of a bumma. Yet being the operative word. It would be nice to see this sail over £1 next week (Very likely I think) And then a super RNS. Patent, Contract, etc. We could easily see a huge rise on the back of this. Very encouraging with the fact that there are only 48 Mil shares in issue. Much better for travel North. I think I will also be adding as well Intermevan
09:02 - 100,000 @ 50.00k. Buy just popped up from yesterday. It has moved the Bid up.
String of buys. All the blacks were buys. Dummy sell was at 75 at that moment in time
52K shares @ £43K just gone through
I know you weren't mentioning a takeover. I was agreeing with you on the BLNX point. I mentioned takeover unlikely as other posters have mentioned this.
Graham. If people think some blog is more important than this they must be mad. RE Future. I would have thought the sensible option would be to outsource the technology to someone like Asahi Kasei and take royalties from the units. The last RNS does state they are sharing the technolgy with partners. I don't think a takeover is on the cards because there will be less value that way, and also like I have mentioned before. They are not a one trick pony. What has stem cell research got to do with batteries? Takeover is possible still but unlikely in my view.
This is fantastic. Just watch how quick it ticks up. They must be running out of shares
This has Short Term, Medium Term and Long term Potential. Seldom seen. Ticks all the boxes. Minute number of shares, and even more importantly less than 10 Mil Shares in free float, of which many have been whipped up by II's. Fully funded until at least April this year, and may not even have to issue shares to raise cash. All sorts of options available to this company. Grants, loans from existing shareholders, and it is already generating cash. Unbelievable.
At least 2 II's have bought into this over the last few days. Probably more. They don't invest on a sub £30 mil market caps on a whim. The due diligence they perform is massive, due to the risks involved. There happy to invest there clients cash here, what does that tell you. Hoping for a similar rise to yesterday
Incl Toyota, Shell, Asahi Kasai, MOD & NXP. Also the 2 largest Aerospace Companies. Imagine the stonkin RNS when a contract is struck with these. There also not just battery focused. There into all sorts of things, incl Stem Cell research. Good links with Universities such as Edinburgh and Southampton. Good margin on goods. Also, company has high ambitions whilst keeping there feet firmly on the ground.
And I will be adding more shares tomorrow. The more and more I think about this share, the more and more exciting it is: A bit of research for those who can't be arsed. Fully funded to April 2014 and beyond. [17/05/13 RNS] Gross Profit on goods Circa 39% [Interim Report 2013] Cash in bank as of Oct 31 £1.4M [Interim Report 2013] Co. sees Growth opportunities in Aerospace Industry. Entered into Initial relationships with worlds two biggest Aerospace Co's. [Interim Report 2013] Performance data is now being shared with Ilika's OEM partners in the US, Japan and Europe reinforcing, and in some cases accelerating, commercialisation discussion [28/01/14 RNS] Prof. Brian Hayden (Chief Scientific Officer) very well thought of in this industry. Co Founder of Ilika, works at Southampton Uni. Ilika/Southampton Uni have Good working relationship and own an 8% stake in the Ilika under the label Southampton Asset Management. Less than 10mil shares in freeflorat {ilika.com] 1/2 of these probably whipped up by II's this week. They are not a one trick pony. Multiple projects on the go. Also, we are not talking DOR, REM, ECR, RRR, MARL. AIM favorites with loads of shares in issue, just discovering the latest mine/oil field. Were talking batteries, an unfortunate necessity to modern life. Anything that can be charged quicker and last longer is revolutionary with global demand, in growing markets. People have touched on the car industry. This is huge and they already supply Toyota. What is the main constraint of electric cars? They need charging all the time. Cha Ching I would also really take comfort in the fact that Southampton University are on board as a shareholder. Equipment/machinery is shared, and they state they have a unique global lab. Indirect Grants possible as well. No one knows where this SP is going to end up and no predictions please. I guess a lot depends on how BOD handles this and who comes on boards. One thing is almost certain, we will be going upwards for the coming weeks and months.
RNS Legal & General
For the delayed buys. Trying to gather shares towards the end. Dropped SP on buys
Is the II's in this share. They are probably going to be in for the long haul. Which will soften the blow of any profit takers
Not sure whether a deal is going to be done any time soon. I do think the rise in share price is mainly down to the large institutions buying. With a small number of shares in issue, II's buying huge blocks like they are is only going to send the share price North. Wouldn't be suprised if we are close to a £1 before a deal is struck. Then who knows what price post deal.
Gould - Good
Myself for not getting in this earlier. My gut told me to get in it on the RNS. Then I seriously thought about it yesterday. Finally just got in now. This has huge short term, medium term and long term potential. There is only one way this is going. Gould to see big hitters and II's in this. Well done to those who got in early.
