If it were my choice to decide on a direction I would... accept that we need $80 Million to do the seismic and exploration well and get that $80m fot the seismic, the exploration well and the CPR by rights issue. Following the CPR I would start (via IPO (Euronext and NYSE)) a new company, buying our assets via paper purchase (shares in Newco) and raise through IPO the remaining $380M needed for the tieback. My guess is the flow rate will be in the ball park of corrib, so 40kboepd) for the first few years then tailing off to 80% of that.
That means we all need to pony up2.5 times our holding, so the agreement between share holders and executive has to push the needle our way and be binding.
