I have confessed to doubling my investment last week. Why? Because I am more confident. This is not a court room and so to pick at each little word or phrase and think it less bullish or positive is not helpful to your cause. As I have said you are a half full guy at best. That's not a slight, but an observation formed from your posts.

Border, at the end of the day we are all guessing. But the more information you gather then you hope to mitigate the risk. I have changed my outlook to a calmer long term view rather than beat myself up on a daily basis. The more I look in to it the more I believe I am still in the right place. My prediction is for my own finances to be a at a beneficial point after that first year, but we all have different points at which we will cash in. As I said I will review it then and if it still looks good to make more and I don't need the money I will hold. Im not telling you to do anything, just letting you know where Im at. DYOR f I had your view I would not be here.

Appreciate the thanks OL. As you and others on here have posted links in the past and I have learnt much from them. I often think I am putting links up that people will already have read. But I know many will also not have seen them, and with a slow, doubtful period for some, I think it is beneficial to see/hear the more professional views both for the bigger picture and on occasion specific information with regards to junior miners and HUM itself. With regards to the market if it has a big correction and drops significantly, I think that is not just a possibility but likely. Who knows whether HUM would take a hit, but if a divi was being paid it would make sense to hold on to your shares if the fundamentals where still sound, and as many advise, buy on the dips. I reiterate what I said yesterday, that the position we find our selves in is a slow burning fuse on a rocket, and that fuse will launch the rocket when we see a first full year of production and subsequent figures. LOM will increase as the finds are proved up and as a bonus we have Cora who have just reported significant early stage finds again. Not proved up yet but very promising. I urge you all to at least follow CORAs BB as we are 345 involved and good news for them is good news for us. Finally I will use Oscar Wilde's quote, and basterdise it slightly. If you are looking in the gutter you will see much wrong, but lift your eyes and look for the wonders.

Definitely one of the factors that can move the SP on a daily basis (liquidity).

I have no financial background border, but I don't see significant gains until end of year one of full production. I came in with a mind to be here at least a year to 18 months, and will review then. I feel that for me will be the point at which I will have made enough on my investment. However I will look at the global and HUMs situation and may stay longer if it looks beneficial. I think the SP over the next 12 months will move upwards (bonus) but from what I have experienced it wont be smooth or dramatic.IMO.

However we all have different ways of looking at things and it sounds like both of you will be off fairly sharpish. I doubt the SP will move much in April. I can see the only news due soon is we are at full output.Which may give a slight nudge, but its not ground breaking news, but expected news. Ho Hum

Agree Tom, as for when I get out,it will be on news and not specifically price. There has been no news that would make me think of leaving at the moment. On the contrary, all pointers are directing me to hold, and hold for a while.

Then what are you waiting for? Let me/us know how you get on. I'm not clever enough to know what day it will stay at on price or move to another. So will stick with what I feel is a slow burner which will turn in to a rocket. I know not when, but will wait. You could leave as you say, and the day you leave it could significantly jump in price. Equally the fast gain you hope to move in to could be a fast loss. Therefore becoming a double wammy so to speak. Its all a gamble, but we try and reduce that gamble by research.

Thanks DB your investment advice is always welcome, but I'll lean more towards the advice in the articles posted. Don't let the door hit you on your rrrrrrse on the way out.

But being a contrarian is hard, and the reason it is hard is because to find value you have to go to where others aren�t interested and you have to wait (usually for a few years) with little price action until the market recognises your contrarian bet. You have to seek out investments that are left for dead and have patience. So buying value is boring, and this is how it has to be. You can�t buy value if everyone else is buying it at the same time (therefor making it popular and less valuable).
