Thanks, I'm also wondering if selling them before sale will be more tax efficient, assuming I can sell all tax free... dividend will be taxed quite heavily...??

New here ......What will happen to share price after sale ? given that they will be paying the special dividend to shareholders from the funds of sale , will it decrease likely decrease by the reported £8 per share that is being given out ?
