To purchase Adamo Energy (UK) Limited ("Adamo"), the holder of their entire UK coal bed methane and shale gas portfolio. 3 months ago Kenv had been written off as a company, headed by Peter Redmond, with no investments and very little money,less than 400 grand and a share price of 1.18. Recently the share price has touched 4.50 pence and has settled at around 3.50 pence with new investors and minus Peter Redmond.

Our first major investment Rame is up today I see.
