Adam Davidson, CEO of Trident Royalties, discusses offtake milestones and catalysts to boost FY24. Watch the video here.
This has gotten out of hand.
I put my research up, yes, it didn't paint the TF transaction in a good light, but it also didn't say this is a complete dud, run now with all your money.
I expect a lot of twists and turns for this company, some good and some bad. But the level of insults from people all over 18 is unreal.
If you don't like my research, go out and dispute it, counter it, then this becomes a real BB with adult discussion. What I put up can be found out by anyone here willing to spend £20 odd pound and make a few calls and searches, it's black and white.
When a BB becomes an echo chamber, it's lost its point of being a sensible BB.
Do I know the future of SYME, no, not at all, it could go to 10p, it could go to 0p. Would I short it, no, good news is one IM away, would I long it, no, Negma could kick me up the @ss.
But that doesn't mean everyone should stick their fingers in their ears shouting lala, my dad's bigger than you.
@HereKittyKitty
Yes done that, paid for the Singapore reports, called the offices, called people I know in the area of expertise, proactive, Vox and sharetalk are all paid for article services. But thanks.
@Havoc
Who did then, a valuation of a company is in shareholder interest. Absolute no reason to not have name of company, it is never part of an NDA.
The only company mentioned is Parzival Partners.
@Parm
Maybe to discuss the company, maybe to see what people have dug up and found out, you know, like investors actually go out and do. I bet I've done more research in the past few days than the majority on this board, because that's what investors do!
Maybe take a day off being a salesman and stop with the one liners, I can't take the cringe anymore.
No Doctor..
No one has any independent research, people who have money in here have evidently not even bothered to look at what they are investing in.
That's evident.
The respected posters on here aren't the ones that discuss the company, they are the ones who insult the most, and that's absolutely tragic.
If Negma were reading this board, they'd have just finished early to go to the nearest bar and pop the champagne!
So in short
No one has any research....
And are investigating off the back of bb's
I can hear Negma licking their lips right about now.
You are investors, you promote the company, what you put up on these BBs can attract new investors. Why not for 24 hours, instead of all the point scoring insults and bickering, why don't you put up your positives about the company....
The answer to that is, for most, it won't happen. Because they've conducted no research and have blindly invested..
This BB would be a whole lot better if people just shared info and actually tried to learn about the company they have money in, instead of the ridiculous volume of posts with absolutely nothing of content in.
@Parm & Bigmac
Expected nothing less from you two to be honest. Never have and never had added anything of note onto this BB.
Have a good day both of you, but this is adult talk now.
I don't deramp. I'm just unbiased.
I do not like CLNs, fact. They are leaching companies who try to strip money away from PIs, that's why it's known as death spiral finance. but the company can counter the CLN with operational profit and essentially paying off the agreement. For me, TF will be a big early part of this revenue.
So I moved onto TF, and they have no official figures to substantiate the valuation placed upon them yet, so I investigated the company who valued them. They have no finance experience in the field, and that concerns me, that's just cards on the table, a specialist in AI and a recruitment consultant don't strike me as the people who should be valuing companies. I would have hoped it was an accounting or legal practice TBH.
I understand the funding, it's to assist with the reporting of stats, and even though I don't like that type of finance, I can understand why it had to be done.
So I'm researching the hell out of it, which I do if I'm going to invest, and doesn't everyone? But all I can find is links, videos, and articles by paid partners, I want some good independent research, and surely some people may have some.
This is just reality, it's not a deramp, it's all there in black and white.
So..an invite to promote this company to all readers, why won't anyone put something good up. Imagine your a potential investor now, do you want to read a BB full of bickering, or do you want to read some articles and info that spikes your interest?
#Doctor100
I love the idea of SYME. I recognise the huge impact this could have globally for many companies.
Take the automotive market now with the semi conductor issue. Absolute perfect for SYME business model.
I'm disappointed it's not running now, because covid was the perfect storm for its product.
But my research is not leading anywhere yet, that why I'm asking, what have people got??
Instead of insults, how about put some good meaty links up and show the good of SYME.
So.....
Has anyone got any research to share. You know, the point of these bb's??
Or is it just an insult competition??
If I invest, I research, then if someone wants me to share I will. I'm simply asking, does anyone have any research that they wouldn't mind sharing.
I take it if I get an insult, it means that investor hasn't done any. This BB board is full of toxic posters who add nothing, well here's your opportunity, share with the BB board the research that convinced you to invest.
P.s. that may also attract others to invest which may result in the SP increasing.

A CLN isn't a loan!!!
It's an agreement to buy £5.6m of shares for £5m pounds. Or £56m shares for £50m pounds.
Negma can sell the shares the same day... They can make 12% ROI in one day.
Why do people not understand this. It's basic investment info!!!!!
I'm doing a deep dive research into SYME and any associated. This includes paying for reports, calling contacts, address checks, credit checks, literally every avenue available.
I have never ever run into so many dead ends, every turn is a different direction. I cannot get any hard evidence or facts on any of the numbers banded about in interviews.
I keep reading on this BB, I've done my research and I'm happy, well what research? what have you found? because I can't find anything unless it's produced by the company and an associate!!
TF for instance, where is it, I can't even track down where it exists, the addresses are just serviced telephone lines. So is TF just run from a laptop and some cloud system??
parzival partners is part run by a recruitment consultant who graduated a year or two ago from a small house in Leeds, yet have agreed a 31m takeover by share agreement.
The only link I've found is historic acquaintances between AZ and TJ through music, and a link to Tom Bennett.
I've even spoken to someone extremely high up at E&Y about the assert class distinction and the impact on IFRS 9, and the recognition or costs and profit, plus the implication of year end inventory valuations and who this fall's upon.
I'm simply wondering what have people found that I can't independently. So those who are invested, hit me with your research. I want to cross the t's and dot the i's before accounts are out, as that will be the moment I buy or move on.
@Sirius50
yes, got the last set, but nothing on them to confirm the kind of revenue we are talking about, but i'd expect this given first year set of accounts of a start up. Its this years that would be of interest but obviously a few months too early for those to be released. If a company have valued at 'potential' £30+m, then i'm trying to get some glimpse of where this has come from.
@Parm
Thanks, i'll give this a try. I'm guessing i'm about to hit of web of NDA though unfortunately, which again, I would expect too as I don't know a merger/acquisition that would go through one without this.
I've been trying to find out independent financial data for TradeFlow Capital from the limited knowledge I have of SFRS. With accounts due, and the fact TF accounts would have started to be audited, I was looking into possibility TF detail will be in the stats, but I can't see that happening given the time constraints.
I've exhausted ACRA, with last submission being 31/05/2020, one year after inception. Nothing of note in the accounts and non due for another six months to cover up until May 21.
I'm even drawing blanks from the offices, which aren't actually independent offices, but a Servcorp space. This doesn't particularly bother me as it is a cost effective way to have a good business address.
But with the recent CLN, the companies way out of this agreement is operational profit, and TF should be a big impact on that given the valuation. But when I try to find out anything at all, I'm running into brick walls. Does anyone have any data or links on TF? Where is the valuation of the business coming from?
No no no
That reply is an embarrassment to all involved with SYME. Every investor knows CLNs are the last chance finance agreement, they are not picked for their strength and flexibility!
As it is a non fixed amount of shares agreement, how can they possibly know the dilution that will happen from it?? What were the other options and why the hell weren't they chosen above it.
That reply can only have come from a kick start intern, it's absolutely horrendous that an employee would have sent that out, and expected experienced investors to believe it.
Time for good news AZ, you have to produce good 2020 stat account forward statements, and you have to provide the IM. Otherwise, you have just created a massive mess that your PI has to pick the bill up for.
@deltafox
Yes, a company can still thrive. It depends on revenue profit, integrity of BOD and CLN funder.
Second question, yes a CLN will try to pump to exit with gains, but it normally follows a depression of SP first to gain more shares
@Peakhope
A CLN holder benefits from both movement in SP, it matters not to them.
https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Death_spiral_financing
Article above explains it very well
However, if the intentions of Negma are sound, and SYME become operationally profitable, the PI can still benefit and see an increase in the SP.
It's just a bit of a red/black roulette situation, but to be fair, what small cap start up isn't.
