Sorry, i meant the physical time to ship it. If by sea, i googled about a month, but could be wrong. If they ship it by sea and that is correct then we may be notified in July or Aug that shipment had commenced.

How long to ship the machinery? We may get notice that it is being shipped, and therefore may have earlier notice that the commitment is being fullfilled.

The deal may not happen in September, but the arrival of the machinery should be the major indicator for people that it will happen. Its true though that the deal may come well before March.

I wonder if Ruyi will place/facilitate some orders? The next big deadline is September and the delivering of the new machinery. That will surely boost the share as it opens up extra capacity and is confirmation of Ruyi's commitment.

Well, whichever way it goes, the market cap offers good value anyway.

Ruyi may decide to go for a hostile bid if they cant get a satisfactory deal.

People musnt also forget that the company is in better shape now and a good investment in its own right; with or without the deal. One large contract win from elsewhere and it will rise accordingly anyway.

Is there a minimum price tied to the highest price in last twelve months they are obliged to offer on takeover? Cant remember the circumstances this arises.

Someone on another site suggesting it could be to do with the dollar v pound having moved so much. Thought this would gave been discussed prior anyway.

Wonder if Cannacord will reduce their holding with this buying volume. I hope so as every percent reduction is less to clear later.

All as expected. From the RNS: All resolutions put to shareholders were duly passed, with the exception of Resolution 3, to re-elect Executive Director, Mr. Luis Sanchez. This move is in line with the previously stated plan, as announced on 27 September 2018, to reduce the representation on the Board of EBIOSS from two to one. Luis Sanchez will now leave the Board and has also tendered his resignation from the Company with immediate effect.

Sells being absorbed around this level. We must be due another tr1 from the seller. At least we have already shifted a few percent before the news. No one knows what percent they want to sell down to, but they are the only source of cheap shares so once they stop that will be it.

Simber, I feel, and hope that both shares do well. I agree with raising questions on shares, as i havent done that enough at times and paid the price. I think we can all agree though that the outlook here is positive on the full amount being paid, and the ongoing rise dependant on the contracts that come through. It will be nice to be in a share with no placing needed and a large driver for future contracts. As usual, the timings are unknown and we all have our own ideas; that is where the market is always made.

Simber, with all due eespect, read your posts on hnr and assess whether you think you are always as right as your writing style asserts.. You unfortunately have called that wrong so far, ( as i am a holder and am keen for it to rise), as have i. Your negativity here is in contrast to your posts on hnr, so as that fell when you were so positive, this will probably rise as you are more negative. Hope for both our sakes that both shares move up well over the next few weeks.

Good to clear whatever they want to now as the rise on news wont be hindered by them. Nice to see them absorbed without fuss.

Were they definitely buys? Approx 2 million bought above their price. Always hard to tell whats really going on. Nice to see an increase whichever way.
