Typically this is 5% but it varies between 3% and 25% depending upon the sector the stock is in. If at the end of 10 mins the uncrossing isn't within range then a second PME gets triggered. That's the basics of it anyway. However once again I dont know why ASM seems to have more than others !

Okay - I dont for one minute say I understand the apparent legal shenanigans going on here or at least proposed shenanigans- some of you are obviously well up on the terminology and possible scenarios - is there anything Joe public as in me ! can do re voting to ensure the PI gets a fair price for their shares. Keep it simple for me !

This has held up well - if the intention was to drag the SP down then it has not totally succeeded. Lets hope that they do not see the need to bring it down further with another intentionally negative RNS.

dootsy - not sure to be honest - we also have more that the norm of price monitoring extensions...I understand what these extensions are but I dont know why ASM has so many compared to other shares...volatility perhaps ?

So I take it the £50K was a buy as the SP went up! - however the purchase price was midpoint between ASK and BUY so not sure.

SP ping pong !- but glad to see it recover from todays lows - so far anyway

Yes I am in for the long term too - I thought I had bought in low at 107 but yet again my search for the 'bottom' of a share value has eluded me!....most of my portfolio is a long hold now !

SP coming back a bit - hopefully a bit of an over reaction to the RNS - surely it was not on the cards that they would be paying a divi in the near future anyway!....its hard to keep a sense of humour !

This looks cheap now - but whats taking her down folks - RNS' seem good - is it just market sentiment but if it is this is getting hit more than others in the same field

Chandley - I will reserve judgement on ACU meantime! however if we ever get back to 7.8p then I am out like you...I am very suspicious that the directors have never felt the inclination to put their money into this.

Im still holding here like many of you waiting for that rise !...but it really concerns me why the directors have never taken the opportunity to purchase shares at these low prices - according to LSE no director has had a share transaction in this company since 2006....anyone else see this as a negative!

Yep I did but to be honest I wasnt sure if a a buy or sell as it was right on the midway point between the ask and bid.... I take it your happy it was a buy?

HSQ123 - Yes that is good news. Certainly bodes well if global recovery continues.
