He just lodged a TR1 showing an increase in his holding by an additional 1.7m shares since IPO.

Not entirely sure thats accurate but why let the facts stand in the way of a good story!

This deal was completed at 5p only 5 days ago..currently it's 4p buy 6p sell last sale 200,000 shares at 4.5p on 1.3m shares.

I think you are focussed on the wrong thing but maybe it's just me.

I don't think it can be the outgoing BOD's fault. This thing lives and dies on its own two feet from now on.

Interesting day though, volume seems to be increasing and actually seems like it plumbed its low today on volume.

Thats one of the highest volume days in this company for a very very long time!! (Assuming prior trading in Afri)

Just spoke to the company.

It's interesting actually.

That placement was an oversubscribed invitation only scaled back from £3m which was stopped after only 1 day of raising. Thats why there is no trading, there are no sellers....

Also they raised around US$5m over the last three years to build this business out and that why they didn't take a lot of money v/ dilution down here apparently as a lot of things have been "growing" (pun intended) in the background over the last few years and the news flow is expected to start soon.

Strategy sounded sensible. This whole thing is different, from fundraising technique, the THC licences and to the people. It will be fascinating to see where this goes price wise.

This will be good in time I am certain. Its the only one that can use THC...

This is great news, will make all the difference. Will give AIM a run for their money. Light touch regs low cost, tight spreads and now liquidity.

It's a basic trading principle as I see it. A change of strategy, a change of management and low share price of the shell due to historical non relevant issues, thats where Ive always found the best returns.

But each to their own.

He is recognised as on of the most knowledgable people in the space. Thats why I am backing him with my investment funds.

Experts have a much higher statistical probability of success than a lot of these "fly by night johnny come lately" types hyping their CBD scrotum balm.

got a lot of afriag between 3-5p over the last year or so, took a reasonable amount of the placement at 5 as well and some 10p back a bit. Was an investor in Apollon at 12.5 also but only small as that one has been hard to acquire a good position as it was always oversubscribed.

once this is smashed together Ill have a good holding.

Ive ben around, for a while, in markets, and I like this one so just keep adding little bits whenever possible.

no point boasting but I've been pound averaging into my position for almost 2 years now.

I know all the corporate players. Even met Dr Barnhill when he was presenting in England a while back.

Kenny whilst I enjoy the banter with you I don't quite understand your motives. Don't take this the wrong way but I cannot help but think you are trying to achieve some type of award for the most posts on LSE.

Obviously there are historical issues with the company , thats why it's a shell. Complaining about it isn't going to help.

The reverse of Apollon into this company wouldn't have happened unless it had a mountain of pain associated with it. Thats why its a shell!! That shouldn't need explaining but I will do it anyway.

For those looking at buying now it's a totally different story. A 1:100 reconstruction from 3.1 billion shares to 31 million shares now makes a huge difference. Its at shell value now with Apollon about to take control, old out, new in..

Not averaging down at these prices just demonstrates how little you know about trading IMHO.
