I am afraid finding a partner in Kenya is also politically sensitive. I guess bevo of the current confrontation investors from China will not be welcome in pro western Kenya. India is also not 100% given they are not clearly distancing themselves from Russia. U fortunate timing, but given the size of the reserves and current PO I am still confident Tullow will be able to farm down satisfactorily and soon.
The biggest refiner of India is one of the parties interested in investing in Kenya. Operatorship is on offer. Bloomberg article is behind the paywall but I could read it from anonymous page.

US is currently paying 700M/day for Russian Oil and diesel. They are practically financing the war effort. I predict that sanctions will be approved. Then we will have a rocket push up. Hold your seats.
