Morning all, pleasant RNS this morning.
Nice summary post last night Dibs61, from memory MM last paragraph is a direct quote from the company - can’t remember who -perhaps Barry Clare.
I am convinced we will will have further updates soon as the trial progresses.
Although a simple move, it was also very astute of our new CEO to release an RNS stating that our works are not strictly covid related and ARDS is a condition in itself that will always need to treatment, to but the breaks on the SP slide at the time.
Things looking very good here at a measly 11m market cap
Good luck all
I realise all have read this statement from yesterday’s RNS, BUT, it would be boarder line Regulatory Abuse, if talks have stalled or are not progressive as stated. “The Company and GlobalCo continue to develop CDX toward clinical readiness and have nearly completed the manufacturability assessment and follow-up tests on the antibody.Hemogenyx Pharmaceuticals and GlobalCo remain optimistic as to the outcome of these tests based on results to date and look forward to the completion of the scientific development work portion of the collaboration.”
I must confess, after an evenings reflection and reading the rns multiple times, I am moved toward being excited, IF the lily negotiations are still ongoing (and Vlad would be walking a very fine line if they were not after his statement on the works/negotiations in yesterday’s RNS) this raise could be something of a master stroke, not forgetting the board who are world class and have brought IND’s to market many times and one the main reasons I initially invested here.
Lastly Mint capital have agreed to lend us £60m unsecured, which is 150% of yesterday’s closing Market Cap, the negotiations would have been at the time we were trending 13-15p range so they saw the drop to 8/9p and still pushed on unconcerned when they could have pulled the loan. Whilst I’m comfortable in my own research I dare say they could be a tad more informed than myself.
Good luck all
Moneymunch, you didn’t even have this piece of news on your posts (I don’t think), so all the rest still to come,
Good luck all,
Jim Mellon is a very shrewd operator who clearly sees potential in our pipeline. He definitely would have asked what is is happening about the CEO and can only presume he received the answer he needed, before getting tied up with EVG.
12 days since Walbrook started we are in the latter stages of appointing the new CEO, can’t go on much longer.
It’s the inevitable pull back after a stellar week of rises.
We’re already well into Wednesdays gains and many will take the weeks profits and run, you often see this over long weekends.
If we don’t hold 12p I could imagine heading back to sub 10p fairly quickly with no news
My friend emailed wallbrook yesterday and received a response saying they “are in the later stages of appointing the new CEO, and announcement will be made in due course.
Very intrigued to see who they have landed.
kingalf,
thanks for the post on Dexamethasone, however, as Dexa is an extremely strong steroid it comes with a host of potential side effects.
Prof James Chalmbers states “Early treatment with an Nrf2 activator in patients hospitalised with COVID-19 may prevent deterioration and help to preserve precious ICU resources in the context of the pandemic. This is a completely new mechanism as there is currently no drug that targets Nrf2.”

Still fighting the good fight Munch, good to see!!
As you state the fact that SFX-01 has been chosen from 130 potential drugs is a huge endorsement in itself, personally I’m Slightly more interested in further news regarding the breast cancer developments - taken from even.com , “conclusive evidence of anti-cancer activity via objective response (tumour shrinkage).
Should be due an update on this amongst a host of others investigations any time now

Morning Dunki,
gla- Good luck all
Never be afraid to ask my friend !
It would be interesting know how advanced these are, the investor presentation states that the recent fund raise will help progress the car-t IND enabling studies, which makes me feel they have already commenced at some level, a positive outcome on these studies will allow the group to enter into partnership discussions- also as per the invested doc.
Intrigued to know how far along (of at all) these are.
Only time will tell
Morning all,
Not invested here (yet), but carrying out some DD, i cant locate the rns regarding the financial agreement between SAR and Sierra for SRA737, ive read a posters here state that payments could/will be in millions if all goes to plan, would be grateful if anyone could evidence this for me.
good luck all,
this is a very informed and pleasant board to read.
Personally I’ll go for 26th October for results to be announced as I just have a feeling that this will run over again, with a that’s going on in the world the major pharmas have their fingers in many pies and there’s only so many hours in the day.
What I do wonder is presuming the results are favourable, how long will we then have to wait for Eli to show their intentions, hopefully not another 3 months - please god.
