One thing I am very concerned about is the fact that the bankers were appointed 2 weeks ago. Yet there was zero rns. I'm not sure if there is a legal obligation to advise all shareholders of this decision and the reason why. It does have a material impact on the share price and effects everybody not just the majority shareholders.

Just thinking outside the box. If the court case settlement was to be paid by a share allocation would the company not want to do that at market value. By that I mean the true value not mcap.
